Per uso che ne ho fatto io va bene ho solo dormito una notte ero di passaggio

La chambre était très propre, avec serviettes en nombre et gel douche. Dans l’ensemble, l’hôtel est un peu dans son jus et mériterait quelques retouches. Le personnel était très sympathiques peut importe l’heure de réception.

Avoid at all costs. The photos online are completely misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of this hotel. We ended up leaving the same day and forfeiting our money because staying here simply was not an option. The first red flag was at check-in. The front desk demanded payment of the city tax in cash only, despite many other hotels in the area accepting cards. There is no ATM on-site, so guests are forced to walk a couple blocks before they can even check in. We were also told we could not take our room keys outside and had to leave them at the front desk every time we left. The room was extremely hot, dirty, and poorly maintained. There was splatter on the walls, stains on the sheets and curtains, dirt on the floor, and thick black mold in the shower. The AC did not cool the room down at all in the time we sat in the room. The location did not feel safe, especially at night, and there was constant noise from traffic and honking outside. After seeing the room, we decided to leave that same day. When we asked to check out, the staff became combative and refused any refund or even a partial refund. Only afterward did we notice the many negative reviews describing similar experiences. One of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had.

The hotel was in a good location to bike to Rome and overall it was a good stay, but there was a lot of noise outside of our hotel room late at night and we had what sounded like someone trying to get in our door once we had gone to sleep which scared us. But it's an older hotel, still very clean, but just loud doors so maybe it was just other people opening and closing their doors.

Personale molto amabile

Bar and restaurant was closed on the Friday evening. Staff had an abrupt manner. Our bath towels were just folded up the next day and were dam. Cost for stay was reasonable. Once you got your bearings you were able to walk to near by restaurants. Wouldn’t stay again

Soggiorno eccellente. Ciò che fa la differenza è senza dubbio il personale: alla reception ho trovato persone cordiali e professionali, pronte a soddisfare ogni richiesta in modo impeccabile. Al ristorante si mangia benissimo. La camera era sistemata alla perfezione, confortevole e pulita. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chi cerca qualità e cortesia.

tutto fantastico anche il ristorante, unico (piccolo) problema nella stanza vi era una sola presa elettrica e l'illuminazione molto bassa, ma del resto do voto 8.

La stanza ha bisogno di manutenzione così come il bagno, il personale ha solo un interesse ricordare come un mantra che il check-out è alle 10:00 del mattino e cercano anche di venderti il parcheggio notturno a €15 quando a circa 50 m di distanza c'è un parcheggio pubblico gratuito., inoltre la colazione a buffet è veramente un furto Considerando che il servizio è scadente i succhi di frutta e vari altri prodotti vengono da discount e ci sono prodotti, preparati i giorni prima sconsigliatissima la colazione

All'arrivo mi hanno comunicato che la convenzione con expedia non era più valida e quindi ho dovuto nuovamente pagare (più della cifra presente sul sito expedia) salvo poi il rimborso.

La stanza era pulita e accogliente, il personale molto cortese e attento alle esigenze dei clienti.

Alberto particolare, di primo acchitto può lasciare perplesso, ma alla fine si coglie la sua personalità. Si chiama Colony ed è in perfetto stile coloniale. Il personale assolutamente cortese e professionale, La stanza era molto carina e abbiamo avuto la fortuna di avere una camera con balcone... superbo. Uniche pecche, la pressione dell'acqua nel bidet era scarsa, bisognava aprire al massimo per riuscire ad usarlo, il cuscino troppo basso non mi ha permesso di riposare bene (ma questa è una questione totalmente soggettiva). Sarebbe da migliorare un po' la tempistica del servizio del ristorante, la sera per mangiare un antipasto e un primo abbiamo impiegato quasi un'ora e mezzo, mangiando poi di corsa perché avevamo un appuntamento. Ma comunque complessivamente l'esperienza è stata positiva.
