Andreas was exceptionally helpful and friendly. He was very welcoming and was able to answer any queries we had.

We arrived early but were made very welcome & it was no problem to leave our bags with reception & go out exploring on the hotel bikes (Free of charge) There was a slight mix up with our room allocation but it was eventually resolved & the staff were very apologetic. Hotel was in a good location to explore Sirmione old town & new town & close to the bus stop for our onward journey. Pool area was nice & clean. Breakfast was great, lots of choice

War ein sehr angenehmer und schöner Urlaub. Es gibt einige Parkplätze vor dem Hotel sowie in einer Tiefgarage im Hotel.

Staff was amazing! Andreas at the bar and Andrea at the Reception were both helpful and welcoming.

When I checked in, the room toilet had not been flushed. Asked the staff about it. there was no follow-up. The toilet also would not stop running and the staff thought that was normal. I had to press a second button to stop, how dumb. The evening check-in man was nice, but the woman in the morning was kind of rude. I did like the bike rental.

Walkable to everything and staff very friendly

Helt ok hotell materiellt. Trist frukost och dåligt kaffe dock. Men, alla utom en i personalen agerade som om vi gäster var i vägen.

Sehr leckeres Frühstücksbuffet und sehr freundliches Personal. Wir waren zum 2.Mal hier und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

Exceptional breakfast buffet, Shuttle to the old town just across from the hotel, free hotel parking, very helpful staff, overall an exceptionally run hotel, will definitely stay there again.
