Would be mice if cleaners would wait entering your room until you've checked out, they just came in unannonuced 15 minutes before check out time..

Great overall experience. Excellent customer service. Really good location for business or pleasure. Pay for parking inside the building as it is very convenient and protected from weather. Street parking is available but I always seem to have rotten luck with street parking! I will stay again and recommend this property to others!

Check in was very easy and friendly. Room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. Great location to restaurant, shops and walking along esplanades. We didn’t do any boat excursions but very close as well. Definitely will book again.

I travel to Cairns often for work and have stayed at most of the hotels and apartments around the CBD. This has been one of the best stays I've had in Cairns. Great apartment, beautiful view, perfect location, easy check in/out. I'll stay again.

The rooms are clean and spacious. The location is central, so you won't have any trouble finding places to shop or eat. The staff are very friendly, so I highly recommend here.

A very enjoyable and comfortable stay. Check-in was easy and staff very helpful. Room was exactly as advertised with harbour views from room/balcony. Shower had excellent water pressure, TV was huge, comfortable bed (although a little on the soft side for us/ could do with an extra topper since it was 2 king singles put together to make one large bed). Room was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay including pool/beach towels. We look forward to our next visit and stay.

We spent a week at CPA. It was a proper home from home. A harbour view room. Great to watch the boats come in and out. Great access to the shops and many places to eat and drink in Cairns. The apartment was spotless and high overall quality. Jo was so helpful throughout our stay. It was the perfect stay. Thank you to all at CPA

Perfect location if you love restaurant hopping and have water tours booked. Very quiet spot in Cairns. Great if you enjoy a scenic walk or jog. Check in is easy with very friendly and helpful staff at the Reef Tours/information office. Gym & pool both clean and well equipped

Totally loved staying here. Apartment was clean, quiet and perfecting placed for all of our excursions. Restaurants were plentiful and with great variety. Staff was awesome on check in! Made sure we had all our questions answered and offered suggestions.
