Staff were fantastic, hotel facilities were excellent. Very fanily oriented.

Amazing resort. Loved the large spacious bathroom in the suite. Had a fantastic stay. Staff were like family absolutely amazing people. Miss them already! Cannot wait to go back. Have stayed at 2 other resorts in Denarau. Would definitely come back to radisson next time. Great pool with shade sails and kids loved the slide.

Excellent location, customer service and facilities. Only need is to improve quality of food in separate restaurants inside as they lack in quality and taste. But breakfast buffet is good.

Overall stay was satisfactory; the food was good, we enjoyed the fire dance show. It is nice to connect with other hotels, large area for a walk. Pools are good, activities host was great. Beds are comfortable. Cons: the room was stinky with damp and drain smell; there was a concrete mixer doing work right outside of our room for the day, very noisy; sound proofing was not great, can hear the people/staffs talking during the day as well, just be mindful when you have a baby who naps during the day

We had a wonderful stay at the Raddison - the swim up bar makes for a great time. The pool is wonderful and one of the only pools in the area with a good amount of shade sails over it which makes a huge difference when you’re spending hours of your day in it! The breakfast buffet had a great selection of food and the Italian restaurant on site was a highlight. The only downside of this place is the beds in the rooms are doubles not queens, but that wouldn’t stop me staying again.

We recently stayed at Radisson Blu Fiji as a family of four. Overall we had a nice stay, but there were a few areas that were disappointing compared to other resorts we’ve stayed at in Fiji. On arrival the experience felt a little underwhelming. We noticed other guests being offered welcome drinks and cold towels, but we were not, which didn’t make for the warm welcome we expected. The pool facilities are fantastic and definitely a highlight of the resort. The activities team were wonderful and really took the time to engage with the kids, and the water sports crew were great fun. Unfortunately, the food was underwhelming, especially after previously staying at the InterContinental Fiji where the dining was far superior. We also experienced confusion around the 20% discount we were told about at check-in for food, beverages and spa treatments. It wasn’t clearly explained that this only applied to certain items, and when we queried our bill we received different information from different staff members. Based on our calculations we should have received around $100 FJD back but were only refunded $50 FJD. Another disappointment was returning to our room at 8:30pm one evening to find it hadn’t been serviced. We were offered for someone to come at that time but there wasn’t really an apology. While the resort has great facilities and excellent activity staff, clearer communication and more consistent service would have made the stay much better.

Comfortable and clean room although no hot water for two days and no device from management. Dining and pool areas were well patronised. Perhaps something a little lesser to be available for a meal/light snack (say sandwich or something similar).

Room was spacious with seating area, desk and balcony. Bed was decent. Able to cast shows to TV. Lobby Staff were helpful. Hot tub was cold but plenty of swimming pools + beach. Food was good at italian spot. Check weather prior to avoid Cyclones

This is very hard for me to write as we have been coming here for years, this maybe a Covid Hangover and I certainly hope so, but our experience this time was not very pleasant. The first night we arrived we had no power and it did not get resolved until 11:30pm, the next morning we woke to no power agin and they decided to change our room

We had no hot water in our rooms for over 24hrs and no one came to notify us and we had to wait 4 hrs for them to find a room we could shower in. The food was also very expensive for an average experience

The room was spotless the staff was amazing. Not much of a beach, property was very well maintained
