We arrived late ish around 8pm and despite being thenonly ones checking in the manager decided he was more important to stop the lady checking us in and ask her to put something on someones tab! Let the customer check in first!
Breakfast we had to wait 30 mins to be seated with only 4 couples in front of us. Either the staff need more training on how to run breakfast or their is nit enough equipment to deal with 240 people staying. You know how many people are staying, put the rigbt number of staff on. All the staff were lovely except the same one from check in who told people off for waiting for food, raged at other diners that people arent patent enough. Ive been to lots of hotels and they all cope, figure it out and dont brerate people
Oh and the room had a spider hanging down pver the bed as we walked in.
