I stayed at the hotel from the 24th Oct. 2019 to 29th Oct. 2019 in Room 0712.
I was in a hurry to check out, so I missed to ask for a complete invoice for my stay at the hotel.
I requested the hotel to email me a complete invoice for my entire stay at the hotel, including all deposits collected (every time I extended my stay through Hotels.com) with the room charge and other charges incurred.
I have not received a reply despite sending another reminder.
I am not pleased with the hotel’s uncaring attitude.
