Llevamos muchos años yendo a este gran lugar, el cual ha mejorado bastante, en cuanto a la comodidad de las habitaciones, también ha mejorado en su cocina. Lo único es que han subido los precios, muy excesivos para la calidad y sobretodo el servicio. Otra cosa que quitaron que era muy atractivo, eran las promociones de que pagabas la noche y te incluyan en el desayuno, aunque fuera continental. El lugar es increíble y la renovación de las Albercas le da otro toque mucho más bonito. Otro detalle que tienen que arreglar es las regaderas, no puede ser posible que se bañe uno con un pequeño chorro de agua. Seguiremos regresando porque nos encanta el lugar, pero ojalá pudieran solucionar esto.

Everything was very clean, except the pool… most staff helped with a happy attitude but several were very rude and very unfriendly. Food was 4/10

Hot tub didn’t work….which was extra and initially had no hot water.

Beautiful location and beach. Loved the staff :) There were water issues. Sometimes there would be no water. Or such a small amount that you couldn’t take a proper shower. They have to bring all their water in by truck, so I understand why, but it was mildly annoying. Bed was awesome. A/C was almost too cold haha. All in all, I would return.

Breakfast needs to be improved. More protein based breakfast.

On-time shuttle reserved through hotel, warm welcome at reception, very nice room for the money. The sliding glass door and bathroom windows did not have locks; the problem was never addressed despite multiple attempts; our security felt compromised though ultimately no issues with anything being stolen; stored highest value items in a secure safe. So… this resort is not operating on all cylinders. It’s mostly a staffing issue. Some staff provided exceptional customer service, some mediocre, and some very poor. For example, some front desk staff were not at all attentive or helpful. I was just trying to find out what the resort had to offer and didn’t get much help. Service was Extremely SLOW! Once you got your overpriced food, it was really good though. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning our room and was very friendly; they earned their tips! I had the best deep tissue massage that I ever had in my life here. The views from the room were amazing! The snorkeling was outstanding! We had a great day fishing on April 8th with Amberjack, Bonita, Whitefish, and a once-in-a-lifetime *bonus catch of a 150 pound marlin that was released to live another day. We won’t be returning to the resort until we hear that ALL of the staff are delivering exceptional customer service.

beautiful property. Restaurant/bar service was kind but not competent. Dinner took 55 minutes to arrive (from when we sat down), and we had to go request menus ourselves, two different people took our (same) order. At breakfast, three different people took our order, and it still took me four requests to get water. My husband's coffee came after only the second time he ordered it. Everyone was very nice, but we cannot recommend eating here.

The internet was down our entire stay.

Book because you want Remote, secluded location, beautiful sunrises and sunsets, casual, quiet, almost local feel. Small resort, but decent amenities including beach cabanas, 2 small pools, gym, snorkeling and kayaking equipment. Rooms look right out over the sea of Cortez. Clean and comfortable. Staff is young and gracious. Can arrange adventures, but you have to ask (none of the sales push of some large resorts) If you’re looking for poolside party or service, super posh options, see and be seen scene, bar scene, or a lot of variety might not be your place. Came with my mother for semi- annual get sunshine trip in Mexico trip. Causal and she loved it.

Stunning view. Very clean room and great staff. The road in to the place was a HUGE nightmare. Hotel staff suggested an alternate route which turned out to be just as bad. The room we booked for our friends had NO hot water--and a new water heater was not installed until the day we checked out. No accommodation was made on the bill for this situation. On the bright side, the food was very good and there were a lot of selections on the menu.

Excellent service, very peaceful place. Snorkelling right from the resort was incredible.

We loved the remoteness!! It’s a jaunt to get there, but worth the time. A great place to slow down and enjoy our time. The views are endless! Have fun

Everything about this place was amazing!

The place was beautiful!! Just like the pictures!!! The staff was super accommodating and made us feel so comfortable!! Kayla was adorable, and made sure we had everything we needed. Pretty out of the way, so grab some supplies on your way! The food at the restaurant was amazing, so we did not.lack for anything with the limited supplies we had!! If you are looking for a great, beautiful and relaxing getaway...diez estrella!!!!
