We were very comfortable with the 2 queens and the sofa bed for our family of 4. It was close to the Omaha zoo. Our room was very clean and our suite was very roomy. The mini fridge was very cold. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent. Only thing was our water was clogging up In our tub. We didn’t say anything.

Everything was great!!!

The mattress needs to be replaced.

I was charged $100 more than what I was told from my email And then I had to pay for parking? Really? I pay all that money and $15/night equals $60, absolutely ridiculous!! Then I got a parking ticket by the parking management when I was the guy working the just of the 4th, he said it was fine. Not paying that ticket! THEN, they closed the pool for maintenance cleaning…on a Saturday…during a holiday weekend! I had some very upset nephews! Even though we were able to use the pool across from my hotel, kids were rough housing and not caring while the parents watched! I was not a fan of the Hampton inn and will NOT being using their hotel again! I expected more from a hotel that is across the street from a baseball stadium and down the street for the CHI Arena!! Absolute horrible!!!

It was a good place to get away

Not bad except for BR sink. Disgusting. Hard bed. Comforter too much in summer months.

We stayed two nights and took advantage of the room, continental breakfast, the gym, and the pool. The rooms were nice and spacious and we easily fit a family of six (two adults and four small kids). The rooms were very clean and the staff was quite friendly whenever we interacted with them (shout out to Bob The Builder). Continental breakfast was well stocked and fresh. The gym was small, but clean and very usable for what I needed. The pool was decent sized and maintained. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and will be bookmarking this location for future visits!

We picked this hotel for its location for going to the college World Series. The front desk was always helpful, cleaning group friendly. Even with the amount of people in town the entire staff was nice and pleasant with every request or issue that came up. Will always pick this location when in Omaha.

The hotel was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. It was quiet and the grandchildren enjoyed the pool.

Housekeeping occurs every two days of stay, but even though I had been there two days, the room had not been cleaned. I received fresh towels on the second day, and that was it. I notified the front desk. I received service the next day, and it was done well. Then I received service every day after that. The only other thing was that I had to be sure my room door was closed all the way. Most doors will close completely when you let go of them. This one hung up, and I had to constantly double check it. The breakfast was well done. It was the same every day, but it was hot, fresh, and plentiful.

Staff were very welcoming and provided excellent service when requested items for the room. Hotel room, hallways and lobby was very clean. Good breakfast items.

Cheap, clean, and close to the airport

Nice hotel. Breakfast ok. Staff excellent. Our housekeeper put a pouch of lavender on my bed. How sweet it that. Only problem with our stay was we were in handicapped room. Shower was open and it drained all over the bathroom. Kind of a slip hazard.

Bathroom was dirty

Room was newly painted and wish we have known the paint smell was strong. The bathroom was super dusty and the toilet would run very loudly and run endlessly sometimes until we would flush again. Staff was amazing but room was not the best.

I was told parking was $15 and have been billed for 100. Also there was dirty bottlea and clothes in thr dresser between the beds. Everything else appeared clean.

Right next to Schwab field. Perfect.

Room was nice but our room was adjacent to the ballpark and the noise from the music lasting until 1 am on Friday and Saturday made it difficult to get some sleep. The breakfast only lasts until 9 am, this should be extended until 10 am at least. Doubt that I will stay there again.

The staff were very kind and helpful. Loved the location.
