First, the room was filthy; whiskers and hair on the bathroom counter; food crumbs on the floor; the counter the TV was on looked like it had not been cleaned since they built the motel. The mattress was so uncomfortable, both of us were up most of the night. The room had zero amenities; no safe, no coffee, no mini fridge. Highly recommend avoiding this place and staying somewhere else.

The staff were friendly, the room was clean but the mattress was very firm. I am posting a review so thst those who like a softer mattress like I do will be aware.

Very clean rooms. It was quiet even with kids from a hockey tournament in the hotel. The staff are wonderful and knowledgeable. Loved the Keurig.

My tv didnt work and i wasnt offered another one or a room change. Also some alarm was going off at like 4am in my room And it was loud 10 minutes of wrestling with the alarm it was terrible. So i needed to book 2 more nights somewhere luckily super 8 had room for me. Unfortunately i will not be back to that location. Rooms didnt get cleaned 3 days i could go on but this is enough. Sorry guys but the stay wasn't good at all...

Absolutely atrocious. Workers for the hotel refused to stop anyone from doing anything at all hours of the night. Signed a letter with the hotel stating that we had to be quiet at 10pm and that one earning and you would be kicked out. Then the hotel employees openly told us we’ve asked them to stop and they said no so what can we do.

Staff was very friendly

Concerned about the tub area. No mat or rough area inside the tub so could slip easily. No bar to hold onto getting out of the tub so that could cause a slip and fall.

When i arrived at 5pm i was assigned room 230. When i went to the room i found the door propped open with dirty towels and the housekeeping cart in the hall. No housekeepers were around, so i returned to the main desk. After i explained the issue, the clerk told another staff member to go check another room. There was no apology. A few minutes later the clerk's phone rang and he then assigned me room 106. Upon arriving in that room it was obvious that the room was both dirty and in disrepair. I had a look around and found the microwave had food residue in it, there was mold and dirt on the bathroom floor, and the surfaces had dust, and other dirt on them. The worst part was the bed. It looked hastily made, and when i pulled back the covers, there were several long black hairs and what looked like crumbs. (my hair is blonde) As i had to go meet my son, i reported the issue to the front desk clerk (different guy than the check in) and asked that they change the bedding. I used a pencil to make a small X on a corner of the bottom sheet and the pillow case. When i returned at 9, my keys did not work. I got new ones.I then checked to see if they had fixed the bed or otherwise cleaned. As far as i could tell, they changed the bottom sheet and left the rest.My mark remained on the top sheet and the pillow case. I expressed my annoyance at the front desk and asked when a manager might be in. I was told Monday. (it's Friday now) Again, no apologies for any of the issues.

The room temperature was not working properly. It was loud and ran constantly. There was a portable heater in the room. It was very loud. So was the bathroom fan. There was also hair in tub when we arrived.

Key card didn’t work staff had to use a key to let us in the room

Price, was best available & refundable to last day if needed. Hotel and parking was great! Wendy's is just around the corner for a snack! Close access to Hwy 7 & 115, to get on the 401 & thru Toronto without tolls. Purpose for stopping here, was to get some shut eye before, tackling or avoiding, the 401 traffic. Room 314 was close to the elevator which as nice. but no nightlight in bathroom. The window, looking out at a wonderful sunset, would have been better without swirly 'cleaning' marks. We didn't use the TV, so can't comment on that. As planned, we didn't stay long enough to see if there was breakfast so, we can't comment on that either! Sorry Check out was great! We told the desk we planned to leave very early, before dawn. So, before dawn, we just said goodbye and handed in our access cards and got on the road!

The only problem was the entrance door electronic sensor wasn't working properly so I had to ask the maid for help. Overall it was a pleasant stay
