Et dejligt værelse med flot rengøring hver dag. Området er fyldt med spændende butikker og små gode restauranter. Der ligger en Lidl inden for 200 m og en kæmpe Tesco 350 m. Hotellet er stille og roligt og der kører masser af busser til midtbyen.

Brilliant friendly staff. Breakfast was great and we had the best coffee there since we arrived in the UK.

Room was nice and cool. Shower head in our room needed some repairs but was in working condition and the staff noted it when I mentioned it. Very good experience overall. Would recommend.

The staff were helpful, polite and very knowledgeable with the public transport service.

Room condition was OK except that toilet flush didn't work well (3rd floor)

A bit disappointing…..had to ask for towels and coffee etc. shower not too clean. Won’t return.

The hotel is nice and the staff was great. The area sround the hotel is not nice and there is no metro station close. The room had a few patches of maintenance fixes that were left visible.

Average, good for a simple stay.

Hotel confortável, recepção cordial e muito prestativa, nos sentimos bem acolhidos por eles. Não gostamos muito dos arredores, sentimos um pouco de insegurança, mas tem um bom preço e por isso valeu a pena. Até o metrô mais próximo é necessário caminhar por 20 min. Mas uber funciona bem em Londres, caso não queira ir a pe até o metrô.

The hotel is conveniently located near Central London, making it easy to travel to all major attractions from Old Kent Road. Although breakfast wasn’t included, the food was good. I do wish they had offered a variety of breakfast options during our 3-day stay. Overall, the hotel was satisfactory in terms of security and cleanliness.

I genuinely wasnt sure what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were all amazingly friendly and helpful, I had an issue with the water draining in the shower, mentioned it when I left the room for the day and by the time I took a shower the next day it was fixed! I felt very secure and safe, you couldnt even get into reception without a keycard at night and then you needed to scan again to access the rooms area. Would abaolutely stay here again when i'm next in london. Thank you for a relaxed easy trip.
