The property is stunning, and the service exceptional!

I saw a lot of negative reviews but my experience was a total opposite, I got the room that I booked and it has a good view of the ocean. I stayed at the reef and everything was perfect. We enjoyed our stay.the kids enjoyed the water park.

This is an ideal vacation for families. We loved the waterpark, the dolphins, the food options, the staff and ease of getting around all of Atlantis. There was always fun things to do for the kids and adults.

Love the Reef. Has its own pool away from the busy area of the resort centre. There is a Starbucks in the lobby. Clean and wonderful.

The staff was amazing! So many great dining options and the on-site shuttle to the local marina was a plus. The Reef was clean, quiet, and close to the beautiful beach. It was our second stay there and cannot wait to return.

This was worth the wait!! It was $$$ everything was so expensive but it was a true vacation bc I didn’t worry about anything bc it was all taken care of. Service was amazing

Our family of 6 had an amazing week staying in a 2 bedroom harbor-side view room at the Reef at Atlantis! We have 4 kids (ages 10-16) and we had more than enough to do and lots of time to relax! We have several food allergies, and had lots of food options available! It was by far, our best vacation yet!

Clean, very pleasant and friendly staff. So many entertainment options, clean and not overcrowded beaches or pools, rooms are very spacious and clean. Room serves were great!

I loved everything about Atlantis.

Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Resort eminities (pools, waterpark, etc) are very nice enjoyable and well maintained. Beaches are out of the world. All the related services and accessories like towels, Beach/pool chairs, shuttle bus, etc are well maintained and accessible without any fuss. There is a grocery store in some hotel towers which is really nice and useful. Things that can improve - everything closes very early in the evening. The waterpark and pool close at 7pm but the food and drink outlets close much sooner. Starbucks closes even sooner, like 4:30-5pm. Food, grocery, etc is costly.

The property is getting dated. We had trouble with the first room had a terrible odor and the second room they gave us. The air conditioning was having problems then like most of the elevators went down, but other than that, it was great.
