Very clean, conveniently located in old Montreal, and lovely staff!

We arrived earlier than check in time expecting to leave our bags and enjoy the city before being able to access our room, however, we were lucky that 1) our room was ready and 2) they gave us an upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment loft! We were thrilled! It was on the 6th floor, but we quite enjoyed the exercise, so it worked out for us. The front desk, restaurant staff, valets, and everyone were so incredibly thoughtful. The location is right in a pedestrian area with shopping, food, and the water right nearby making it ideal for travelers like us who were unfamiliar with Montreal. The room was spacious (it had a skylight!), had super comfy beds, plenty of storage space, a living room, kitchen, and an amazing shower. The neighbors on my side of the unit were loud and arrived home at 4 am-ish, but I always travel with earplugs, so it wasn't an issue for me. The other bedroom did not get any noise from neighbors. The lofts do get street noise, but not enough to be a problem in my opinion, just enough to feel the city vibes.

Would've been great if water was provided in the room. Wasn't clear our room was in separate building that did not have elevator available. Otherwise, we were pleased with the spaciousness of the room. Air conditioning system worked well.

Everything was excellent the space, decor, cleanliness but our unit was on the second floor and had to climb a lot of stairs that was the only issue. Location also was great.

We did not have breakfast in the room, but the room was at a perfect temperature.

Amazing location and perfect two bedroom loft apartment with Le Labo amenities, super comfortable beds/bedding, valet parking and the most accommodating, kind and helpful team!

It was a good size loft so no complaints there. The location was perfect. Close to many restaurants and they were bars further down the street. Touristy area but we were there on the shoulder season so it wasn’t overcrowded. The staff were excellent. It is an old historical building so you have to appreciate the squeaks and nuances as is most places in old town Montreal. Perhaps the only thing that would’ve been useful is to know what floor our room would be located on in advance. It was the seventh floor, and I have a bad hip so stairs was manageable, but still not the best for me. Other than that, it was great and would definitely stay there again.

Beyond my expectations. Received an upgrade to a deluxe loft. Beautiful loft with exposed stone and brick, every amenity needed. Location in old Montreal is fabulous. Staff at checkin were great. Spotlessly clean.

The staff were so accommodating, the restaurants in the hotel were amazing. We found everyone super professional and warm and helpful. Our loft was gorgeous and quiet, location, location, location, perfectly place in Old Montreal, we walked everywhere………it was a great holiday!!

The staff at Auberge and Gaspar were fantastic, so welcoming, friendly and helpful! Perfect location for touring Old Montreal, couldn't ask for better. Our loft was amazing...this is where we will stay again next time and we'll be bringing family. As a travel agent, I highly recommend!

Wonderful location for walking in Old Montreal. Excellent restaurants within main hotel. Clean and spacious loft with all amenities I needed. Front desk staff extremely helpful, professional and courteous.

We had an excellent time. The location was perfect.

Room was great aside from lacking total blackout curtains. Shower was amazing. Bed was very comfortable. All the staff was very welcoming and helpful. There was some confusion regarding parking, asi was travelling by motorcycle, but was resolved effectively by the team. Thank you!

The accommodations were exactly what we wanted for our stay in Montreal. Location was perfect. The description included there was no elevator available so you will have to be prepared to use the stairs. That was not an issue for us.
