Friendly staff, my room was clean, can hear some noise in the rooms. Booked this for a one night stay prior to my Inca trail hike and unfortunately there was no water or electricity the morning before I left. Which means I couldn’t have a shower before leaving. This is why this 4-star hotel is getting a 2-star review.

Very good location in front of Sun temple. The food at restaurant is good as well and there are plenty of options nearby. Breakfast is served from 4AM until 10AM which suits everyone going on excursions and has plenty of options. Coco tea and Muna tea is served 24 hours at the bar. Only thing I don't like is they don't provide drinking water after 1st day. They charge 7 sol per water bottle which is available for 1sol everywhere else.

Very nice and clean place but a little far from the main plaza where all the shopping is. The free breakfast is a bit limited but good.

Breakfast was great, the room was good and clean. There is no air conditioning because temperature in Cusco is cold, so really was not necessary.The staff was great and was a good location.

It was a nice stay. Comfortable. The room was a bit simple compared to the photos and what I expected. But the buffet in the morning made up for it.

It's very adequate. Absolutely nothing stand out about it. Rooms are very simply furnished but comfortable. The room does retain heat well so can get warm at night and depending on whether your room faces the front you may or may not want to keep a window open.
