It was not clean and maintained properly. The floor and carpet was sticky. Kitchen stove was broken. No basic things provided for kitchen. No service. And not a very budget hotel to compromise on these things. Breakfast was not great. It would be nice to add some real milk and fruits at least.

Me gusto el trato de el personal de limpieza, pero el aire no enfriaba y hacia un rruido horrible!! Para colmo alas 12 de la noche ladraba un perro en unos de los cuartos sercanos y estubo mas de media sin parar. Solo 3 almohadas y de mala calidad que las 3 no hacian una y solo para 2 personas...le pedimos a frontdesk adicionales y nos dieron solo una y que era la ultima que quedaba cuando yo padesco de la espalda oceah!! No dormi en tida la noche! En si el hotel necesita mejoras...esta en muy mal estado pero la limpieza si me gusto!!

Breakfast could be better

Overall the place is dirty at all times and makes me not want to touch anything in the room. Walls unclean, half the outlets weren’t working or even in place, the rooms nearby were so loud you could hear people in other rooms, there was a funny smell throughout the hotel, and the cleanest thing about the room itself was the bed. I’d have payed more happily if the price for the room was about half what it was, and stop if I was REALLY exhausted. Even then, not worth.

The bath tub had water build up, the flooring was coming up and mold was under it by the tub. The

Upon arrival, the desk clerk made me wait about 10 minutes becuase he "just clocked in". The hotel was run down & needs updating. Gnats kept flying around in room & I couldnt find the source. No hair dryer, one tiny single use shampoo, no do not disturb sign, no phone charger outlets, very noisy. When I asked for a do not disturb sign the desk clerk said "if its about the maid coming in, they wont - they only come every week and a half & were just here". Only food available was a vending machine $4 for a snack bag of doritos & the included breakfast was a granola bar.

Room was clean but not upgraded

I reserved 1 room 2 beds and i got to the property around 1 in the morning and told me that the room wasn’t available and there was only 1 room with 1 bed, imagine me at that time with a new born wife and kids to go out and find another hotel, came all the way from massachussets so tired, wasn’t fair, never reserving again.

i had a good experience

I booked my hotel around 8pm and I got here at 1:30am. The front desk attendant told me that I couldn’t get a room yet because the system was down. I already booked with my money and I still don’t have a room. This is a huge inconvenience to me and my significant other. I really would like to be reimbursed

Extended Stay is my go-to hotel. I love the convenience of a studio suite with free to use dishes & cookware. This location has strong WiFi and is located near many places to eat and shop.

Everything was great

The hotel is run down, the furniture is old and falling apart. The cabinets in the kitchen are warped, the draws barely open. The small dresser in the room is beat up and the draws don't stay on the tracks. The beds don't have mattress protectors and are stained with what looks like urine and blood. The carpets look old and stained. The room is just dark and depressing. Their are people in the hallways all through the night being very loud. Banging doors, hallway smells of smoke. If you don't need to, i wouldn't advise anyone to stay here.

Terrible. From the non existent breakfast to the hallway that reeked of vomit and pee. I had the chance to stay here last night and i wouldn’t again. I had some guy screaming at his wife and child for existing basically. It constantly smelled no matter where you were. The beds however were super comfy and the staff seemed very respectful and kind.

Room was pretty standard. There were two marks down for comfort. The first is because the bed was not great. My wife thought the sheets/blankets were really thin and she was cold all night, plus my back was a little sore waking up in the morning. The second is because the shower ran out of hot water about 10 minutes in. The mark down for cleanliness is because there was a whole bunch of the prior occupant's hair in the bathroom sink. Also, there was a smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway (at least it wasn't inside the room). Service was great though, easy check in and out. Didn't really need to use the kitchen other than a couple things in the fridge, but that was fine too.

The rooms have very foul odors suck as curry spice and other foul and unpleasant odors that made me nauseous all night. I slept with windows open all night. Luckily the current temp was within a mild spring temperature. The rooms are not properly ventilated to air out for other hotel guests. The bathtub shower area, rm 346 had a huge unpleasnt stain, which I was not eager to bathe. Also, my first room 307 the window sceens were missing. Additionally, so many signs posted outside in the parking lot about securing your vehicle made me suspicious of highly vandalism area period with this hotel property. The hotel property and free way is not conveniently local to restaurants.
