This hotel was perfect for what I needed. My daughter had two soccer games at the Pinatar Arena and this was in walking distance. There are a couple of restaurants nearby that I also enjoyed.

amenities were lacking the spa is tired and needs updating . We triedcto go for pre dinner drinks presed a belll and a few time within a 20 min wait no answer

Greeted by poo in toilet. Bedside Light plug was broken and dangerous , telephone in room was not working so had to walk to reception. There was a leak in the room so I was greeted with a pool water . 5 night stay of which circa 2 days I had a bucket to catch the water. They provide shampoo and conditioner but no body wash. Towels are thin and your provided one towel each but towels are rough. Furniture in room broken and nails were visible. Patio door did not lock as lock was broken. The room smelt awful. Dirty iron which ruined white linen trousers. I would never stay in this hotel again I suspect it’s been awarded a4 star because of the spa. Staff appear not to care! I booked two junior suites with spa access and this was a waste of money. The rooms were not very clean. Very disappointing stay. Hot Breakfast was cold they provide a microwave but regardless of time it was always dirty. Good tea and coffee selection

Todo estuvo perfecto, no le doy 5 estrellas porque durante la mayor parte del alojamiento uno de los ascensores estuvo dañado, lo que se resumía en esperas largas para subir o bajar. Por lo demás, excelente.

Las camas grandes y muy cómodas, pero el buffet tenía muy poca variedad para ser un 4 estrellas, he estado en hoteles de 3 estrellas con muchísima más variedad.

Habitación doble estandar, vistas al pueblo. Dos camas grandes juntas. Balcón amplio con sillones cómodos y una barra de acero para tender lo justo y necesario. El aire acondicionado se desconecta solo si se abre el balcón, pensando ecológicamente. Fuimos para una noche y nos quedamos dos más, esta vez en una habitación con salón, tv mesita y sofá cama, y la cama en zona apartada. Muy bien pensado si alguien quiere ver TV, y otro prefiere dormir. Las camas igual de enormes que la anterior, vistas lateral y al fondo el mar. Nos entraba desayuno tipo buffet muy variado con churros y chocolate incluido. Entraba el acceso al spa, zona piscinas. En definitiva relación calidad precio todo ok. Una sola pega si no has reservado comida y cena con la habitación, cada bufet cuesta 29€, cierto que es muy variado y mucha cantidad pero para quien se apaña con una ensalada, o una pizza, no sale rentable. En el chiringuito de la piscina estaría bien la opción de burguer, pizzas, sandwiches, la clientela nos vamos a los bares cercanos buscando otras opciones.

El spa tiene pocos chorros y camas. Hay personas poco solidarias que no ceden el sitio hasta que no se van.

The spa was included in our visit and that was the best part of our stay. Limited staff around, no omlettes, breakfast average, rooms need updating and maintaining, bar was closed so nowhere to relax other than room, felt a very corporate style hotel. Not one for a holiday maker.

Stay was ok as lots of sports teams so noisy in the night only a chair in the room no small table and extra chair so had to sit on the bed

Great that you can combine a stay at the hotel with free spa access. Despite seeing reviews which say that the staff are unhelpful and offhand we found that the reception staff very helpful and knowledgeable about the local area . The breakfast was varied and of a decent quantity and the Spa is an experience worth having !

Had a lovely stay in the hotel. The only complaint we had was the food in the restaurant was cold. Dinner started at 8pm and we sat down at 8.15 and all the hot food on display was stone cold and it was the same at breakfast the next morning.

Todo estupendo. Hemos tenido una estancia muy relajante.
