As a large group that reserved 13 rooms all my family had a horrible experience in this resort. The service was not 4 or 5 stars. I will need to send a formal complaint to your resort manager and ceo. This was so unfair for our family vacation.

Beach was unavailable because of the seaweed and there was strong odor caused by the removal of the seaweed.

Super clean and everyone friendly. Food was awesome

The sargazo was so bad it made the whole complex stink. I do not recommend this place. There seems no attempt by the resort to maintain it free from sargazo. It made the whole experience so uncomfortable. Don’t stay here it is not worth your money. The whole 4 days me and my family stayed the food was mediocre, service was ok but my kids said they were ignored when going to Route 66 and I wil never come back.

The staff was really good and attentive. Very friendly. Unfortunately, its very difficult to reserve dinner, as it is done in their app (unless you're a timeshare/privelege member), and every place books within 5 minutes of opening up at 9am. Had to mostly eat at the same buffet. The activies were fun, and staff were good at getting people involved, including my teens. Website said 4 pools, but one was just for timeshare members, and one was a kids pool. And the 'room credits' that Expedia gives you can't be used unless you spend 3x the amount, so they're really just discount coupons. All in all it was a fun trip, just not a Great one. Family and friends had fun, but probably wouldn't go back.

First, Antonio around the pool did a great job keeping our drinks full. Food was good in some restaurants. Like all “all-inclusive” resorts, the buffet changes but seems the same each day. It gets old if staying here for more than a few days. We stayed a week and enjoyed the place. The beach is un-swimmable because of the seaweed problem. Gives off a bad odor across the resort as well. All in all, a good stay. Rooms were clean but seemed a little dated.

What I have to say is that of the 5 trips I have visited Mexico 🇲🇽 this is one of the best that I have had, because I always go to Royaton, Hard Rock, to Los Dreams and I have to admit that this resort is not as well known as the others but it is super excellent, the best, the employees, the food, the cleanliness, the show at night, the view of the hotel to the beach, the pools all, ESPECIALLY BACTENDER WHO WAS ALWAYS IN THE CHILDREN'S POOL WHOSE NAME WAS LOST BUT I THINK IT'S CALLED (PEDRO) I'm not sure and the guys at the pool that has the bar inside are great people, EVERYTHING IN THAT HOTEL IS 5 STARS. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE

My wife and I stayed at Ocean Coral & Turquesa from July 16–20, 2025, to celebrate my birthday and our anniversary. We booked the Privilege Package and had a great experience overall. The room was clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the service throughout the resort was excellent. We enjoyed the many activities offered—pickleball, bingo, water aerobics, bowling, and more. Our butler, Carlos, was outstanding and ensured we were well taken care of. Franky, the bartender in the main lobby, was not only hilarious and entertaining but also made the best drinks—his signature “Sexy Franky” shot is a must-try! We did have one unfortunate encounter with an employee at Ocean Burger, but management quickly stepped in, apologized sincerely, and resolved the issue with professionalism. Our only major concern was the number of raccoons roaming the property after dark. They approached guests freely, especially in outdoor dining areas and walkways. This made nighttime walks back to our room uncomfortable, as they were often in hallways and near guest doors. Many guests feeding them only added to the problem. We would love to return with our daughter but hope the raccoon issue is addressed, as it did impact our overall comfort during the evenings.

The staff is very polite and kind. All the restaurants and rooms are very clean and the pools are clean too.

Looks good in the pictures but it is very old property and definitely needs maintenance. Staff is very nice and helpful. We were disappointed to see the beach were full off weeds and we were not able to go in to the ocean and that should have been on their website to warn people who are coming for the beach which we were. They tried to sell us a club membership. Frank who was the one explaining everything and he is a great guy and explained everything. I asked time to think about it then a young lady came over. I am guessing was Frank's boss. She was rude and disrespectful. So, I made my decision right there after I had to deal with her. I am not sure who hired her and trained her but she has no idea about how to approach to a customer. I felt bad for Frank. Overall, food was great, staff was amazingly nice but I can not tell for the rest.

The first show was good . Bad was the food was not good and sometimes no help .

Cuando estabamos haciendo el check inn para entrega de habitacion tardaron mucho , discriminandonos pasando gente que llego despues . La recepcionista que estaba a cargo de entrega de habitacion , hacia comentarios fuera del lugar y nos cambiaron la habitacion de 2 camas a 1 cama king size ( somos 3 personas ) . Jamas volveria a este hotel .

Mala actitud de varios trabajadores del lugar, no saben manejar ni controlar ciertos inconvenientes. solo el de la barra del lobby Henry un amor de persona.
