The perfect stay before grabbing the ferry back to the UK the next day - 15 mins to the port. The room was a generous size with a great shower and the option to have a bath. We used the pool for a nice relaxing swim and ate in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. The quality of the food was excellent. Everyone we came accross was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be staying again!

Fijn veblijf, kamer was prima en ruim voor ons drieën. Badkamer is prima maar wel een update gebruiken. Ontbijtbuffet is goed alleen mag de ontbijtruimte wel wat meer sfeer hebben en de koffie van dezelfde kwaliteit zijn als bij de (externe) bar.

Séjour parfait, hotel très propre, seul le service à la piscine est absent ou beaucoup trop lent. Les tables autour de la piscine pas nettoyées régulièrement. Sinon personnel très serviable

I'd say this hotel is a 3 star, not a 4. And it's starting to feel very dated and looking tired in the rooms. The Air Con was not functioning correctly in the room I was given, so it made for an uncomfortable sleep on a night after the temp had reached 38 celsius. Parking was overpriced but at least it was safe. The bathrooms felt a bit grubby, and the bedroom didn't make me feel clean either. Just a general sense of dirt and age. The free waters in the fridge were a nice touch and the staff were fine. But overall I would not stay again.

When we checked in the reception staff were very friendly and helpful with advice on local travel and parking in the city. Our room on the 5th floor was lovely, clean and comfortable. We had a really good breakfast and the midday check out meant no hurry. Parking garage was safe and secure with large spaces and plenty of room. A real benefit. Thanks!

This is a great hotel, which I've stayed at on numerous occasions. Room is clean, tidy and has everything you expect. Reception is good and there is good ( albeit expensive ) underground parking (17 Euros). Breakfast was plentiful and tasty.

Convenient hotel. Stopped here before our ferry from Bilbao back to the UK. Has secure underground parking and free ev charging.
