Room was nice but the beds were not real comfortable.

Our stay was for the convenience of visiting family for Thanksgiving. Our weekend was made memorable thanks to the friendly staff, plenty of pool time and the super fun slide and the delicious hot breakfast - the waffle bar was a huge hit!

Unfortunately this hotel is starting to get run down. We thought the bed was going to fall apart when we laid down. The bathroom is full of mold. To top it off the couple next door let their kids run up and down the hall until midnight while the kids knocked on our door and tried turning our handle several times. We have stayed at this hotel several times in the past years and unfortunately it just keeps getting worse and worse.

I was out in Saint John NB for school and flew in my family for a week. Front desk was courteous, check in was seamless. The house keeping staff always had a smile and would make a point to wish us a good day. Breakfast had plenty of options, and area was kept clean and tidy and again staff would make a point to say hello and gave my daughter a hug goodbye on our last day. Water slide was fast the pool temperature was appropriate. The hot tub Jets were not working but the hot tub was still open and had an appropriate temperature. The location was great close to plenty of box stores and the mall. Parking felt safe as the hotel sits on a plateau and the only people in the parking lot were the people staying at the hotel. Room was classic hotel 2 queens. It had a spot for 1 suitcase to sit and another stand in closet. Room bathroom was clean and shower water pressure was strong.

Great introduction, felt safe, felt it was clean. Loved the check in!

Breakfast included was a bonus. Nice pool & hot tub area.

Breakfast was 9 out of 10. Delicious but kept looking for some cut up fresh fruit. Apples, oranges and bananas were available.

We paid over $300 and were put on the Pet Floor even though we did not have a pet. The room next door had two very large dogs which I was scared of. Not impressed.

Only thing woulf be the hot tub not working was a disappointment but the rest was perfect

The staff were so friendly. We spent most of our time at the pool the girls loved the slide and had so much fun!

The clerk who welcomed us was a breath of fresh air Unlike the usual surly ones I get

We had a good time at Hampton Inn & Suites Saint John, but quite noisy people in several Rooms next to us. It was a weekend with young sport teams staying there and teenagers partying all night long.

A few minor things were the limited dining within walking distance which getting a uride solved. Also the onsite gym was pretty bare bones but other than that everything was excellent.

The service and start were amazing.

Difficult access due to construction on roads.

Staff was wonderful, but old toilet seats that are stained in the main bathroom and Luke warm water for tea. Also our bed was very uncomfortable and pillows were too flat. Woke up with a sore back!

Everything was top notch. Friendly staff, clean and spacious room and excellent breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.
