The hotel was quaint and well kept. Location was in the center of everything.

We booked this hotel to be close to Trevi and walkable to other sites in Rome and it was perfect. We had a room over the street that we could open our window and see the street and people walking by. You are literally just steps from Trevi fountain which was cool to see as you came and went from the hotel. Being on the street side was a little more noise, but we wanted that and to experience the culture. It wasn’t too loud and we slept fine at night. The front desk staff is super helpful with directions and maps to point you out into the city. We went to all major tourist stops right from this central point. We used the metro to the Vatican and took buses other times. We also used Lime scooter to Colosseum and other closer stops and they were easy enough to ride, but be careful on the cobblestone streets. Not the easiest for a first timer probably. We left most mornings and ate around town, but the breakfast has meats, cheeses, fruit, croissants, and more and looked really nice. If you’re looking for a central spot with easy access and convenience, this is the place. Be sure to check out Giolittis for gelato!

Very small hotel. Old and runned down. No mantainance. Dirty. Only nice thing is the position, steps away from Trevi fountain.

The location of the hotel is great but the rooms are small, not very clean. The rooms are very close to each other and can be noisy.

The mattresses have not cover underneath the sheets, very disgusting. The bathroom is very dirty, you don’t want to take a shower, or do anything else in there. The service is very poor, there is one person at the front, the cleaning lady comes in the morning, after she leaves there is no body else to help you with towels, etc. breakfast room has the same dirty appearance. Do not recommend this hotel.

Convenient location

Extremely disappointing experience. When we arrived at the hotel, we were shocked to find our room flooded. It was uncomfortable and unacceptable, so we decided to leave immediately. Since then, we've been trying to get a refund, but the hotel has been refusing to accommodate us or make any exceptions. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend staying here based on how poorly they handled the situation.

Was great. Elevator was slow but that was our only challenge. Super service and great value.

I booked a large double bed room for my son and I but the breaker kept getting tripped. We never had electricity for the fist day and half. We showered and got dressed with cellphone lights. The next day, we were finally given 2 rooms since there were no more doubles. They were small with small twin beds that were uncomfortable. We were appreciative of the staff trying to do what they could but it was still an uncomfortable experience.

Staff helpful. I'm directionally challenged. Managed to walk to get to where I want4d to go with their help. Their breakfast is good and was included in the price. Location central, perfect for my needs.

Es ist ein katastrophales Hotel. Total veraltet. Schmutzig, verkalkt, verrostet und kaputt. Überall riecht es schimmelig und muffig.

It was a nightmare tiny bed plus the mirror Infront of the bed was broke and had something red on it was so scared even though it was a night only

Liked the location for convenience around Rome, but was a bit too crowded as it was right next to the Trevi Fountain.

He venido 3 o 4 veces a este hotel siempre que vinimos a Roma pero observo que el hotel está cada vez peor no tiene mantenimiento está muy viejo y varias cosas rotas, humedad por todos lados En la zona del desayuno ya entrando hay mucho olor a humedad! También tengo que decir que al quejarnos de la habitación ya que era demasiado chica para 3 adultos ya que ni lugar para dejar las valijas en el piso había además de cosas rotas, nos cambiaron a una habitación familiar que realmente era mucho más cómoda. Pero el hotel tiene muchos años y no tiene el mantenimiento que debería Se nos cayó algo al piso y al buscarlo vimos la suciedad de abajo de la cama, se nota que no limpian como deberían! Una decepción esta vez! No vuelvo a alojarme nunca más en este hotel, es caro por lo que ofrecen! !
