The room was nice and spacious. The staff were all courteous respectful.

We had a truly pleasant experience at Holiday Inn Budapest Budaörs. From the moment we arrived, the check-in was courteous and efficient — I wish I remembered the name of the gentleman who welcomed us so professionally. What really stood out was the thoughtful gesture of the staff remembering my birthday — a lovely surprise that made our stay feel personal. The restaurant server (whose name I also regret not noting) was exceptionally friendly and suggested we try Palinka with dinner — a great local touch that added to the experience. Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast was generous and delicious, with plenty of variety. The hotel’s location is convenient for getting around Budapest, nearby shopping areas, and parking was easy and hassle-free. Overall, a great stay with attentive service and genuine hospitality. Highly recommended!

The room was clear, big, good acoustic isolation, the breakfast was very good, 12 -15 minutes by taxi from the city centre

L'hôtel est bien et propre check-in rapide et early check-in possible. Hôtel arrangeant avec les familles. Petit déjeuner au top !!@

Alles was uitstekend! Alleen één minpuntje en dat was dat wij moesten betalen voor de parking in het hotel.

Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal, rent och fräscht hotell. Mycket god mat och bra utbud på menyn. Återkommer gärna fler gånger.

Hotel comodo con l’autostrada, ma il primo ristorante (escluso quello dell’hotel) é a 30min a piedi. Camere spaziose ma abbastanza datate. Pressione dell’acqua, al terzo piano, inesistente. Ho dovuto fare il bagno perché dalla doccia usciva un rigagnolo d’acqua! Camera calda, clima non performante. Ho consumato un tè in camera, e non ho ricevuto una nuova bustina il giorno dopo. Acqua solo a pagamento. Spiacevole sorpresa con un insetto sul cuscino del letto..

Kár, hogy a recepciós főnökasszony egy elég rossz fellépésű nő, aki zaklatja a vendégeket

La ragazza della reception molto gentile, rispondendo alle nostre esigenze , camera molto bella ,un po polverose le lenzuola. Minibar ben fornito ma con prezzi un po’ eccessivi. Colazione abbondante anche con salmone affumicato e alle bontà, parcheggio 10€ circa. Dormito molto bene. Posizione ideale in quanto si esce dall’autostrada e si rientra subito. Attorno ci sono vari supermercati per chi non vuole pagare il parcheggio
