I easily checked in. They provided a crib promptly, but it would’ve been nice if it was set up and sheets for the crib were provided. The breakfast bar was acceptable.I enjoyed the machine that provided hot water and coffee in the lobby and the the roominess in my suite. I would come here again.

Overall just a very blessed stay on all levels...

The building is located in a not so nice area but recently remodeled, looks very nice… kinda out of place. The rooms were great looking and clean, the beds were very comfortable. I only have 2 complaints, 1) the bathroom smelled like fish, which was gross! 2) the tv didn’t work welll, only a few channels to select from. Other channels were scrambled or had a pop up that said poor reception…. But overall, it was a good place for us during a one night stay for a baseball tournament.

The staff were dismissive and cold. The pool was not available for the entire stay. Another room a companion was staying in had bugs in it. The room smelled like humidity.

Hotel was tough get to due to the divided highway. Staff was fine, Room was ok, but A/C was lacking in common area as well room 408. Breakfast was poor with no breakfast meats or fruit on a Sunday morning.

We walked into the hotel’s lobby and were met with a terribly unpleasant smell that lingered the entire weekend and no air conditioning. The register on the wall behind the desk read 83°. When we entered the room we were given, it was a humid 78° inside and smelled awful. Rooms are outdated with thin wooden doors, and the water in the bathroom stunk. No shower gel on the shower. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean, but we will not stay here again. Too many other very nice hotels in the area to chose from.

Everything was really good, lady at the reception was really helpful. They should have toothpaste in the bathroom.

Room was great but breakfast was not so good. Dining area opened at 8 and by most of food was gone, not sure if it was even good or not. Room was pricier than normal so would been nice to have a simple breakfast

Paid way more than I should have for 2 nights. Another member in our party got a suite with full kitchen 2 bathrooms 2 bedrooms for $100 less than I paid for a double room. Hotel had a former HOOTERS and DUNKIN DONUT actually attached to the hotel and it was in horrible shape (falling down, dirty, looked like a homeless camp). No pool access 1st day due to "State Inspection" according to staff, they did open it on our 2nd evening. The hallways were so hot they made you sick to your stomach. The 3rd floor smelled so bad like the Indian Restaurant on the 1st floor. Overall, not a pleasant stay.

TV did not work right. 5 channels only. Toilet barely flushed. Horrible smell coming from bathroom sink. Came to breakfast 3 different days and they had no coffee cups, yogurt, eggs, sausage/ bacon, water bottles, napkins or forks. Main lobby bathroom had no toilet tissue in any stall.

Everything was great but the whole place had a smell that was unpleasant to us. The breakfast had a wide variety of selections and was kept clean. Staff made sure there was always fresh eggs and sausage. Staff was courteous.

It was very clean the workers were very nice and helpful only bad thing was the water pressure it was rlly high and irritated my skin

My family and I checked into the hotel on June 13, 2025. For the most part, our stay was uneventful. However, on the final night, I noticed a discrepancy on our bill: we appeared to be charged for two rooms, despite having only reserved and occupied one. I approached the front desk to address the issue. When I explained the concern to the clerk on duty, he insisted that I had booked two rooms. I calmly tried to clarify that this was not the case, but he became increasingly frustrated and hostile. Sensing the situation was escalating, I began recording the interaction on my phone. This action appeared to aggravate him further, and he struck the phone out of my hand. At that point, I informed him I would be contacting the police and proceeded to call the authorities. State troopers arrived, documented the incident, and filed a report, but unfortunately, their involvement did little to resolve the issue. The next morning during checkout, I spoke with the manager, who requested a copy of the video. However, to my knowledge, no corrective action was taken, nor was any follow-up provided. When I later inquired about the outcome of the situation, I was told that due to labor laws, they could not disclose any information. Given the severity of the incident and the lack of accountability or resolution, I will not be returning to this hotel and cannot, in good conscience, recommend it to others.

Bedroom had A/c unit literally right next to bed and pull out couch/bed Innother room had no A/c unit . So one room freezing and other sweltering hot

It was a wonderful stay. The staff was friendly and the premises were very clean.

This Comfort Inn is dated and needs upgrading. Bed was lumpy. Hallways stank of air “freshener”. The room seemed clean. Not staying here again.

The property was nice and friendly staff and easy check-in

There was no one at the front desk when we came in. There were 2 half rolls of toilet paper. We had to ask for replacement rolls. They don't clean your room unless you ask. So, if they don't clean them, they should supply extra rolls of toilet paper without us having to go to the front desk. There are only shears on the windows. The heavier drapes don't cover the windows. We used the hangers with clips to try to have some sort of privacy. There was no hair dryer. The elevators haven't been inspected since May 2024. One of the attendants was very difficult to understand and he spoke very quickly.
