Convenient location, employees were very nice. Overall it was an alright stay. The bathroom shower wasn’t the best and the pull out couch was very uncomfortable.

Excellent customer service, really went above and beyond to help and with a smile. Gave travel tips, and planning an iternary for us as 1st time in Scotland.

2 staff member's were exceptional E.Mcphate & Josh the texas cowboys fans both of you are one of the best thing that happen to me during my stay. My only advice to the establishment is to upgrade their breakfast menu & more choices.

Really enjoyed the free breakfast. Not bad distance to the EDI airport. The nightly rate was very reasonable compared to the location by the airport if you have a car rental

I felt the service here was really lacking. I ordered food at the restaurant in the hotel and had to wait over an hour. When the food finally came, some of it was cold and the taste wasn’t great. The free breakfast was also barely better than nothing.

Easy check in and staff were very helpful. Easy taxi service which proved efficient and reasonably priced. Breakfast was lovely. Room was clean and comfortable. Some sealants in the bathroom look like they need attending to before too long. Nice hot water in the bathroom, storage radiator was also good as it was a cool night. Overall, a pleasant stay.

The hotel and staff were excellent. Staff very helpful, friendly and hotel itself spotless. Just be aware if bringing a dog there is an extra £30 charge.

Seriously bad situation where a male manager and his friend (not staying in the hotel) spent the evening chatting and sexually harassing one of the young girls working the bar. Very unpleasant to witness.

The hotel was cleannthecroomsxwere big the staff were friendly the breakfast which was included in the price was very acceptable . The only downside was I could not get BBC STV OR BBC2 on the TV but when I reported this on departure the lady said this was unusual and she would have it checked I was only there one night
