Hotel smells wet

Front desk clerk was sweet and nice.

Room was ok but was not very clean

I asked the front lady if i could stay in the swimming pool till 10pm and she said no but she let other people stay till 10pm and she did not like Hispanic people at all she was just staring at me when i was eating breakfast with my kids and she made me feel bad because she would not stop staying at me and my kids i just did not like at all how she treated us i would never stay there again because if they don't know how to respect i would not work in the front desk i am really mad at the manager because he did not want to talk to me because he did not have to speak to me because for him nothing happened but me and my family did not like the way the lady treated us at all bad experiences in this bad hotel .....

I loved the service and the beds are so comfortable

The price was decent. The card machine was having issues, i was charged twice. The toilet seat broke, i called & no one ever came to fix it. The water isnt hot enough. They did offer a free breakfast which was cool. But i wont stay again.

Convient

The place was quite nice. However, because they are kitchenettes, there can be odd food odors, that are strong. The breakfast include a limited options, minimal continental. But the omelets are pretty good.

It was an okay stay, only thing I didn't like, I had to pay a deposit that I wasn't aware of. After I had already paid.

The door wouldn’t shut properly on arrival. It had to be slammed shut. The refrigerator had rust all over the front. The room had a musty smell when the ac kicked on. The bed was nicely made but the frame was off. The he sofa had stains on it. The restroom was okay the shower wall had a crack in the marble.

Easy access from feeder and local street. Several dining options in the area.

Pros: Water is hot. A/c works great. Bed is decent. They were installing new beds and mattresses at the end of our stay. Cons: ROACHES of various type and size (mostly the small kind that like filth). 1 crawled into a bag of cookies I had before we put all food in the fridge. They know they have an infestation bc the elevator stayed smelling like roach spray. Water pressure is not good, but not terrible. The carpet is nasty. The rooms pictured on hotels.com are a far cry from the room we got.

It amells so bad and the breakfast is a joke! Not even cereal.
