It was very quiet, the room and hotel were very clean and neat, kitchenette and coffee in room, overall very nice

Other reviews mentioned a free hotel shuttle to the train station. That no longer exists. My only other complaint was that they don't really have a lobby / waiting area, just 2 chairs in the hallway by the check-in desk. We arrived early and were going to just hang out until we could check-in, but there was nowhere for 3 people with 4 suitcases to sit, so we ended up paying the $75 fee to check in 3 hours early.

Very nice

This is a well kept property with a lot of care put into the upkeep. It’s not fancy but it’s a great stay and reasonably priced. Great location for going into nyc We enjoyed our stay a lot. It’s always nice to see a property with personal touches.

Property was awesome - staff was courteous and responses quickly, they text you and you can text the front desk to ask questions at any time. They have an area of stuff that can be borrowed such as board games, waffle makers, etc. There is also an area by the front desk where you can purchase items, including butter, chips, snacks, cereal. There’s a gym and washer/dryer that is free, you just need to bring your own detergent. Overall a great experience and would definitely go back.

The staff was great, the rooms were clean, and the setup in the rooms were accommodating for family. The rooms have a full fridge, electric stove top, dishwasher, and microwave. If you are accustomed to a higher end establishment, you may want to look elsewhere.The surrounding area is quiet and there are a few great malls nearby. There was plenty of free parking. My only valid complaint was that my room smelled like fried chicken, but it was very well cleaned, down to the mirrors, furniture, and kitchen area.

Front desk clerk was fabulous upon check-in. Easy-going, knowledgeable. Lots of fun things to borrow: waffle-makers, popcorn makers, books, board games, etc. Very convenient, but ask for a room in the back for less NJ Turnpike noise.

Check in was great. Went out for the night and came back to the heat not working in the room. Called the front desk and they immediately moved us to a new room. Very polite as well

Great place to rest! I would say there are limited options around for food but it is close to bus stops and not far from the American Dream mall. I would mention walls are thin so you can hear when someone slams the door or throws something, other than that, it is neat and is nice to rest at night.

Front desk was accommodating and friendly. Helped us with an early check in and was informative on how to get to the city. Foyer was festive for Christmas and inviting. We didn’t use the lending locker with various things you may need to borrow but never saw that before and clever touch. Room was decent and clean. 5 minute Uber drive to train station to get to NYC. We were on the first floor so some noise from street traffic but overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again if visiting the area.
