Front desk staff was too good especially a guy on the name of Lawrence was unbelievably good. Staff attitude in the restaurant was terrible. Better restaurant better service needed there.

Lovely hotel but staff did not control the noise volumes of other guests after 10pm as posted at the front desk. Multiple parties woke us up throughout the night with yelling, fighting, loud music ect.

Rock hard mattress, very restless sleep for those just wanting a relaxing get away. Cannot use the tubs in the room despite them being deep soaker tubs. No plugs for the bath tub. Toilet barely flushed because of what maintenance said was a slow fill tank. Took over 20 minutes for the tank to fill on the toilet. Pool deck was covered with huge water puddles and very dirty. Excessive charges for pool towels that aren’t returned. All in all I won’t be back.

Very bad experience!

The staff, Charlene & Richard, were excellent with customer service. Both answered all my questions politely. The pool and hot tub were disappointing. It was clear the facilities need upgrading and the hot tub had green algae (?) on the outer side of the tub. The wall paper/paint was bubbled. The room was clean, but again there was signs of neglect and/or need of painting/wallpapering.

Has everything needed for a short ski stay. Walk to skiing and restaurant Some stuff getting dated. Nice hot tub. Sauna needs work and pool could be cleaner

The restaurant food was very bad

It's an older property, however it is well maintained. Front desk staff were excellent and explained billing quite well.

We stayed there for the long weekend. It was pretty nice. We had amazing ski session on the slopes across the street. They have a nice continental breakfast where anyone can find something suitable. We were a group of 10 and it was great to have breakfast with a view in 2 out of 3 days. Kids enjoyed the pool which is open whole day 9 to 9 if I remember correctly. The heater had a problem but as soon as we announced the front desk they sent someone with a portable one to keep us cozy.

This hotel is very basic for the cost (one night $440)

This hotel has a great location and would have great facilities if the pool and the hot tub were not so dirty. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The restaurant was not open because the hotel was not very busy. Not a big deal because it is only 5 min drive to the nearest town.

The property itself is great. While there were two Christmas Parties ongoing, which had caused a little bit traffic but rest all was good.

I enjoyed the scenery surrounding the resort.

I used to go to this resort a few times a year. I haven't been since COVID. The quality of everything was down tremendously. The room was cold. Even though they changed my room hoping the next one be warm, it wasn't. They used to had a good chef and bartender. The new ones had no clue about food allergies. The food was tasteless and cold.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The cleaning of the rooms themselves was done fast while we were out. Was a very nice room conveniently beside the ski hill which we did go to. Overall great experience would come back.

Very mediocre. Receptionists good. Hotel dowdy. Carpets badly stained. Room freezing even with heater turned high. Few lights. No shampoo, body wash in bathroom empty containers. Breakfast very poor value. Plus No English breakfast tea.

My stay felt like being in a highway motel. The room lacked basic amenities such as napkins and a water bottle, and there were no side tables. The staff was unhelpful. It seems that an East Indian company has taken over, and they've introduced an unexpected "resort fee."
