Parking is frightening unless you have a small vehicle.

Un apartahotel muy bueno para alojarse. Los apartamentos son muy amplios y tienen todo lo necesario (cocina, lavadora, nevera,...), las camas cómodas y el baño bastante bien. Cuenta con servicio de limpieza diario. Tiene recepción 24 horas. Hay que tener en cuenta que no está en Pamplona sino en Burlada, un municipio ubicado al lado de la capital. Pero las conexiones tanto en coche como en bus son buenas. Hay parking gratis y parada de bus cerca. Tiene varios supermercados cerca, lo cual viene genial para hacerse la cena. Por poner una pega, al desayuno le falta variedad, lo veo caro para lo que se ofrece (correcto, pero sin más) y el horario podría ser más amplio.

Die Idee ist gut: die Zimmer sind kleine Apartments mit Küche, Wohnzimmer, Waschmaschine... Leider riechen die Zimmer nach einem sehr starken Reinigungsmittel. In unserem Schlafzimmer war es so schlimm, dass wir dort nicht schlafen konnten. Zum Glück war das Personal zur Stelle und hat uns nachts ein weiteres Apartment gegeben - zum Schlafen.

Everything was super good. The reception was very smiling, friendly and helpful. The room was good and the cleanliness was top notch. The breakfast was really good and had everything you could want.

Das erste Apartment mit Terrasse, das wir bekamen, war von der Einrichtung her super, mit viel Platz und großer Terrasse. Leider war der Wind hier im oberen Stockwerk sehr laut zu hören, so dass wir um ein anderes Zimmer baten. Dies wurde uns auch ermöglicht - es war optisch nicht ganz so großzügig wie das erste, aber für uns die bessere Wahl und auch sehr gut. Die Betten bequem, die Einrichtung mit allem ausgestattet was wir brauchten. Leider gab es in diesem 2. Apartment einen unangenehmen Geruch im Bad, offenbar vom Abfluss. Mit geschlossener Tür hat sich dies nicht weiter in der Wohnung ausgebreitet, aber es sollte behoben werden. Wir haben es aber erst bei Abreise gemeldet, weil wir ansonsten mit allem zufrieden waren. Die Angestellten waren alle sehr nett, insbesondere beim Check-in. Das Frühstück war gut. Inkludierter Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage auch sehr angenehm

Séjour sympatique! Nous avions pris l’appart hôtel avec terrasse, très grand avec une grande salle de bain. Au top! Super, propre et les employés très aimable, sympas et souriant malgré la barrière de la langue.

What a lovely place to stay! Roomy apartments close to grocery stores and a welcoming staff made this an easy enjoyable trip.

Our stay revolved around the San Fermin festival. This location was a good value and close to festivities. Buses ran every 15 min to the festival and we were the second stop so we never had any issues getting a ride.

Great customer service. They allowed us to check our bags until our flight later that day.

It’s a bit out of the way for the San Fermin Running of the Bulls festivities, so keep that in mind. Front desk called a taxi first thing in the morning (5:50 AM) but it didn’t show up. It’s a 40 minute walk to downtown!

We had no Airconditioner. Couldn’t sleep all night.if like to get compensated for this stay.
