Good shower, nice fireplace, quiet room and comfortable bed. But there was no way to get local programming or cable channels on the TV. And the streaming shows provided were not choices I would make. That was disappointing.

The room was perfect! Very clean. Had everything I needed. The front counter staff were always there to help.

Loved it but the gym only has 3 cardio machines and nothing else . No weights , no bands , kettle bells , machines ect . Would be nice to have a full gym setup .

Not the same experience saying at the falcon as we had last year. Bed was horrible. Bedding had an extreme amount of pilling. Most staff were good. Staff member that we had upon arrival was not very polite. Seemed to be treating us poorly based solely on the fact that we booked through Expedia and didn’t call and book direct with hotel. Main hot tub was out of service on last night due to maintenance dosing with way too much chlorine. Second hottub was not hot at all. And full of grit on the seats (possibly salt transfer for the concrete pad surrounding tub). Overall not what we expected based on last years stay. Most likely looking to book at a different hotel next time.

Got their and was immediately upgraded to a kings suit with a mountain view.we we're extremely happy with all staff . Very well done folks . We will be back

Exceptional customer service with early check-in! Super clean & spacious suite. Definitely recommend for a couples, family or friends getaway.

Room was very nice and clean, lots of natural light, really enjoyed the large shower and bathtub. And having a kitchen in the room is always a bonus in my book. Definitely on my list of great hotels in canmore.

Was in a good location. Loved having a balcony. Rooms were big and clean.

Our family of 4 had a 7-day stay at the place and we were blown away by the views and how spacious and well keptthe rooms were. Clean, comfy beds and crispy white linen, superior toiletries and daily cleaning including dishes. The staff was nice and you can precheck before arriving. We had the one bedroom suite with views to the 3 sisters mountains, gorgeous, which has a a full kitchen with every utensil you may need in your stay and setting for 4 people. We didn’t have to leave the place for breakfast so it was nice!. Plenty food around and only 10 min walk to town. 16 min driving to Banff and 45 min to Lake Louise. The parking is heated and free and they have ski lockers. 100% I will recommend this property.

I’ve stayed here twice now-the second time for our wedding so friends and family also had rooms—all of which were very clean, well maintained and Canmore is such a great town! Lots of restaurant & hiking trails

The room and staff were fantastic. The hot tubs were dismal, not warm enough and nowhere to put your stuff when it was snowing.
