Cockroaches in bedroom. Broken AC in the room which the staff refused to believe was a problem. Staff attitude was poor and uninterested in resolving the issue. Noisy room. A no overhead lighting and black paint made the room feel oppressive. Don't bring your family here. Barely acceptable for one or two nights. Do not recommend

Der står beskrevet på Expedias hjemmeside at hotellet har pool. Der er endda billeder af en pool. Da vi kom, vidste det sig, at det var en offentlig pool der ligger på den anden side af vejen. Receptionisten anede ikke noget om, hvordan vi kunne bruge poolfaciliteterne og det måtte vi selv finde ud af. Lokale vandpolo- og svømmeskoler brugte poolen konstant og det var ikke muligt for os at købe adgang til det. Hotellet er virkelig slidt, og under singelroom, hvor jeg boede var der kun et lille vindue. Der var så fugtigt, at mit badetøj fra min morgensvømmeture på stranden, ikke var tørt den næste morgen. Hotellet er ekstremt lydt og slidt. Nej tak til dette hotel en anden gang, hvor billeder ikke matcher den faktiske standart!

Do not book this hotel, the photos online are a marketing scam. Firstly, there is a picture of a swimming in their advertisement, however, the swimming pool does not belong to the hotel and is just outside pool. The rooms are of poor quality with mould and smell, they need upgrade. The hotel is a glorified student hostel on a busy road, the walls are thin so very noisy and will definitely not get proper sleep. The kettle provided was dirty and unhygienic, the phones, AC never worked.

The hotel has a great location, but isn’t totally quiet. Room is quite basic, but it has all what you need. Everything was clean. Stuff is really friendly and ready to help. Breakfast is nice too.

The internet was horrible in the room and barely any connectivity. The floors and bedding were clean but there was some almost damp odor in the room but nothing that made it impossible to function. The air con worked decent to pull some dampness out The mirrors were disgusting as if someone spat toothpaste right at it. Beds were comfortable. The hallway and the alleyway right next to the room was definitely a bit noisy as times in the night. But given the location it was to be expected because you’re in a great spot near a lot. Would stay here again maybe, I mean you get what you pay for.

It's very close to everything convenient. I had minor issues with the room, but I would let them know they fixed it very quickly! Only a minor detail to point out, the walls are thin. I did love waking up and seeing that amazing view!!

Lovely staff, very well located, noting fancy, great prices

As a repeat guest I feel this is a brilliantly placed hotel for access across the island with several restaurants nearby, a convenience store now right beside it is an added bonus for supplies for drinks and food. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the hotel is very good value for money.

Great location close to the beach and bus stop. Room was clean although very basic. Difficult to use kettle or hair dryer as plugs is random places. Very poor WiFi. Lady on reception was very reluctant to change my room which was overlooking some random walkway and a bench with strangers smoking right outside the window looking into the room. She could not understand why being a single female traveller I did not feel comfortable with and kept saying that the hotel was full but eventually managed to find me a different room. Limited choice of breakfast but I did not go hungry. Overall decent value for money l.

Ho trovato uno scarafaggio il secondo giorno nel tardo pomeriggio . La receptionist cmq si è subuto arrivata per sostituirmi subito la stnza con una leggermente più grande . La reception ogni tanto rimaneva sguarnita e si dovevano aspettare diversi minuti ,troppo tempo .

Great location on the front in St Julian’s bay, good sea view. Breakfast was a good start to the day and comfortable room. Only issue for me was cleanliness- there was a used bag of soap being the sink, which tells me it was not cleaned properly. Other than that all ok

Smallest shower I have ever been in. Ridiculously small. With No amenities.

Without doubt the greatest aspect of this hotel are the staff from the cleaning staff to the reception team They all work tirelessly to ensure that every aspect of your stay is first class From a welcoming smile upon booking in to a personalized service at breakfast The staff are excellent Even the leaning staff go out their way to ensure your stay is stress free Yes the rooms are clean the bedding comfortable and the hotel itself is well presented but the staff are first class I look forward to my next visit

Bewertung: ★★☆☆☆ Das Zimmer war sauber, allerdings nicht besonders komfortabel. Das Bett war ungemütlich, und die Bettwäsche bestand lediglich aus zwei übereinandergelegten Laken, ohne Bezug. Die Fenster sind einfach verglast, wodurch man alles draußen sehr deutlich hört – Autos, Fußgänger etc. Auch die Türen sind sehr dünn, sodass man die Geräusche der Nachbarn deutlich wahrnimmt. Das Frühstück hat unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Die Qualität der angebotenen Speisen, insbesondere der Wurst und des Kaffees, war enttäuschend. Die Frühstückszeiten (7:30–9:30 Uhr) sind im Urlaub etwas knapp bemessen, wenn man entspannt starten möchte. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die zentrale Lage und das freundliche Personal. Leider hatten wir auch Probleme mit Kakerlaken, die wir drei Tage lang im Flur beobachten konnten. Insgesamt bietet das Hotel eine gute Lage, aber in Sachen Komfort, Ausstattung und Frühstück gibt es deutlichen Verbesserungsbedarf.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Hugs mistake. I got bedbugs bite, you will have a bad experience, Malta was very beautiful place. But this hotel was the worse place and terrible. The hotel doesn’t take care anything, they don’t care customer. I asked for refund or change the room. They refused to be responsible for it. Also, Expedia didn’t not help with the refund or show any responsibility. Very disappointed, that is why they layoffs a lot of their employees because the company is d... Do not use Expedia and this hotel. Seriously you don’t want to have bad experiences on your trip.
