Gorgeous room, friendly staff, convenient. Just a beautiful place to stay.

The staff were very freindly and helpful. The service at breakfast was very good and the rooms were cleaned very well. The only issue we had were that the beds were not firm and we woke up every morning with back pain.

I enjoyed staying at this property even if it was a little far from the centre of Sorrento. The hotel had daily free shuttle service that made up for this. The property is well kept but would benefit from a renovation. The staff is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable always ready to help. I would definitely return.

Great hotel with a free shuttle into Sorrento, the only thing I would bear in mind if you can't stay out later than 11 pm or get a shuttle earlier than 8:30 am if you have any excursions and the taxi to the bottom is around €50 but a great hotel and beautiful scenery

Very nice people working there and a free shuttle to Sorrento was very good. The restaurant next to the hotel (part of the hotel?)was a disaster. Bad food and we had a pizza in Italy !!! Cold and boring room to eat inn.

Bel endroit, tranquille et avec une vue splendide. Cependant, si vous êtes sensible au mal des transports, le service de navette est pratique mais parfois ça peut être un peu difficile car beaucoup de courbes qui peuvent vous rendre inconfortables. Côté personnels, les gens ont été serviables, attentionnés et gentils. Merci!

The staff was exceptional from front reception and concierge services, as well as dining and shuttle drivers.

Love the view, and the fact they offered the shuttle is an amazing feauture because is very uphill and far from the town to go on foot or too expensive for an uber. and the AC actually works. staff is very helpfull and friendly. specially a young blonde short hair lady, has the night shift. so sweet.

Everything was okay. The hotel was a little bit out of the way but it was beautiful. Great view, shuttle service was great. Would go back.

Quiet, way up in the mountains, beautiful grounds. They have a shuttle you can prebook to take you close to the piazza however they don't tell you to take the stairs across the street then go right which is a short walk to piazza or take the street by the hotel where you wait and this way you avoid stairs, but it is steep uphill but for me better than stairs. All in all fabulous would definitely stay again!

This property was up in the middle of no where. Limited transportation and no other stores/ restaurants nearby. If I had know we would have been stuck their with their Limited menus I would never stayed there

The entire property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere throughout our stay. Overall, Hotel Prestige exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Don't forget to see the sunrise at the balcony, beautiful!

Breakfast was very good with numerous choices. Restaurant costs were reasonable and the food was tasty and good value for the money. Transportation from the hotel was well organized.
