Excellent location, clean, nice rooms, staff was friendly and welcoming. Hotel decor is dated but nice. I would stay here again and recommend to friends.

ラベンナにはあまり宿泊施設が多くなく、街中で観光に便利な点を重視して選んだが、この点については大満足。有名な観光場所はどこも歩いてすぐだし、夜も周りに食事処がたくさんあり、食後もゆったりできた。 　値段も抑えられていたので、期待しなかったが、やはり部屋の施設は多少古かった。それでも致命的な欠陥はなく、この値段でこのロケーションは評価したい。朝食も心配したが、まずまずだった。（昼間は猛烈な暑さでも夜は涼しいというよい季節だったので、一番重要な冷暖房がどうかは答えられない。） 　チェックアウト後に荷物の預かりもきちんとしてくださり、スタッフも無骨ながら親切さが感じられた。 　単に観光のために宿泊するという意図なら（つまりホテル滞在を楽しむのが目的でないなら）、とてもよい宿だと思う。

Very good breakfast Helpful staff.

Though they have an Air Conditioner in the room, they were not willing to turn it on during the beginning of a heat wave. They did help and pivot with a full standing fan which was very appreciated 👍

Staff was lovely. Beds were truly awful. The hotel is very reasonable price, but really needs work. Probably a better choice for students than people our age.

Probably the best location in town. Easy to get to all the sights, and there’s a gelato place right across the little street. The staff were very helpful and nice in every way. Breakfast did not offer as much variety as we expected (no cheese or cold cuts), but it was plentiful and nice enough. A typical 3star hotel, but beginning to show its age so needs some updating.

Emplacement parfait au cœur historique de la ville, et à 10 minutes à pied de la gare. Le personnel très accueillant et très sympa, alors que demander de plus ? Un petit déjeuner avec plus de produits frais et moins industriel. Mais bon globalement très bon rapport qualité prix.

Conveniently located. We reserved this hotel because the shuttle to the cruise port pick up right there. Bed was very hard. The hotel is going through renovations and there are some areas that looked like they were under construction. Just in the center of the town. 10 steps from plaza del pipiolo and a few steps from the covered market and a lot of shops. Our room was clean and spacious. The Buffett included was basic. But the staff is incredibly warm and helpful.

The gentleman who checked us in and greeted us on each return was so friendly and helpful! We felt like we made a new friend! Our stay was great.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location and very comfortable rooms

It is a nice and clean little hotel in the center of Ravenna. Very close to everywhere you want to be. Everybody there was very friendly and helpful. It is not chic but neat and the price is right! The breakfast was a little limited (not the selection that you might expect in big hotel), but worked perfectly fine. The bed was perfectly comfortable. The temperature in the room was good. All and all I had a very good experience staying there!

Great staff interesting conversation

The room was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful, great location. Breakfast is good. However, the ventilation is not there, very warm in the room. We had to open the window to get some ventilation.
