Disappointed to find there was no good cooked breakfast in the early mornings. The dining room does not open until 11 AM and just a 'complimentary' breakfast' which was minimal. Another time will pick a hotel that will feed travellers properly when they have to be at the airport early.

It was a lot older than I thought from the booking. The breakfast was not good. Probably would choose another airport hotel in the future

Tjeynare in the process of renovating which is why I gave the rating inside. It's not complete yet BUT, the staff is AMAZING and the beds are comfortable. I'm grateful for the shuttle and everything else they offer. Thank you for a wonderful stay

The room was just okay but the bottle of shampoo was empty and there was no soap in the shower and the Kleenex box was empty. The weird thing is that the sink and mirror was across from the bathroom in a separate room! Breakfast wasn’t that great unless it was just me getting tired of the same thing all week.

Omg where do we begin, communication with where to get the transportation to the hotel was horrible. I was hung up on twice. The bed needs its own section altogether could not sleep. Did not sleep. The bed was horrible. I felt like we had no mattress only box springs this is not a pleasant visit nor will it be a place we ever returned to. The plugs were falling out of the walls to plug in your phone or whatever other things you might need. Light one light didn’t work. We only had one light in the room, cause none of the others worked so that was interesting. There are too many options in that area to have to settle for this to save a few dollars not worth your money, not worth the savings.

Limited tv choices, front desk staff not helpful

Good staff. The room was clean but you can see the hotel is dated. There was a piece of drywall laying on the floor in the hallway which I assumed was from fixing a shower plumbing situation.

The bathtub was plugged and the floor of the tub was soft not stable at all. The property feels old The staff were so great. It shuttle is perfect and the location is perfect for airport transfers.

The hotel is located very close to the airport. Good for a quick overnight stay close to the airport

Clean room and comfortable bed. The restaurant was very good and breakfast was good.

Did not get to have the included breakfast as there were so many lined up for it. Did have a nice mid-evening meal (just soup) in the Hidden Gem. Staff all very pleasant and effective .

The shower pressure was awful and the air conditioning was not good in the room we had

The room we were given was a great size, lots of space and was comfortable. We were only there a few hours as our flight left super early the next day. The shuttle was on time, a quick trip to the airport and lots of room for everyone waiting. There was a fair bit of noise in the hall, as the doors near our room are closed in the evening, but bang loudly whenever they are opened/closed. It didn't keep us awake, but it could create issues for someone that is a light sleeper.

The food was surprisingly good, the best mussels I had on NS.
