I’ll not repeat this again

Our room smelled strong of cologne and cleaning products combined. The breakfast was very limited and not much choice by 9:15. Needs an upgrade forsure

We Had Two Rooms. The gfi circuits in both bathrooms were blown. We found silverfish in the bathroom. I could not find an Ice machine even thou there was an Ice bucket. The T.V. in one room did not work. I went to the front desk to inquire about these things 3 times but got tired of waiting. the lines at the desk were long and I overheard 2 different people demanding different rooms.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. We ate at the Hidden Gem restaurant - which turned just fine. The breakfast was quite ordinary and not the highlight of our visit. But we would consider staying here again. The shuttles to the airport were good.

The staff is very nice and efficient. The place is old and needs a renovation/refresh. I ha dinner at the restaurant, people were friendly however the lasagna was really not good. Good if you want a drink Bring food from outside. Also really needs a renovation. I will definitely not stay there again. I had to leave early and did not have the breakfast.

Unfortunately the hotel was not great.VERY dated, an extremely limited breakfast, and the rooms were poorly maintained. Definitely read the google reviews before you go- we relied on expedia reviews only and were not expecting the hotel to be as poor as it was. If you get a 1st floor room note-its in the basement and the rooms are TERRIBLE.

Friendly staff and surprisingly great dinner at the restaurant. But a very run-down hotel with a lot of maintenance/painting/upkeep needs. Smelled musty. The bathtub looked brand new, but the shower walls were old. Weight machine cables were broken, there is one treadmill and two stationary bikes (didn’t try them to see if they worked). Pools looked clean. The beds and pillows were very comfy, and smelled super fresh and clean. Breakfast was 2-star; hotel-grade eggs and sausages, mid-coffee, no fruit.

Thankfully we were only staying overnight. This place was not very well kept. Carpets stained and worn. Room itself was okay for a night - but we would never stay here again.

Comfortable beds and clean rooms.

Stayed for 1 night before traveling on a 7 day vacation. Location was excellent - right next to the airport. The room was very large. We could open both our large suitcases and go through them as needed. There was still a lot of space to walk around in our room. The bed was extremely comfortable. It was very clean - excellent shower pressure and bathrooms. Exactly what we needed before an early flight. Recommend highly. Thanks,

Rooms clean. Staff was friendly however the breakfast was pretty mediocre.

Room was not clean will not stay there again

It was okay. Not great but not bad.

The room was clean and well stocked. The air conditioner in the room worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful. The common areas of the hotel are showing their age, but kept clean. We enjoyed the pool, but unfortunately the games room was out of order. The buffet breakfast was sufficient but the same everyday. One thing to mention if you are staying more than one night, you will need to request house keeping to makeup and restock the room as it is not done daily for extended stays.
