Hotel com excelente localização e atendimento da recepção incrível. Bem pertinho de tudo, cerca de 10 minutos a pé para o Centro. É uma construção de 1870 e não tem elevador, o que foi bem complicado. O café da manhã é bem simples, pequeno e com poucas opções. Restaurantes e mercado na mesma rua.

Mooi hotel op loopafstand van het centrum. Vriendelijke bediening en service.

Ok hotel hverken mere eller indre, Men I den grad skuffet over service i receptionen derfor den lave karakter. Hotellet anbefalede at holde rundt om stadion hvilket vi gjorde, informerede os ikke om at onsdagen var der marked der, hvorfor vores bil blev fjernet af politiet og dermed ekstra omkostninger på næsten kr. 2000. Skiltningen er så dårlig så man kan ikke umiddelbart se det ved indgangen og selv hende der stod i receptionen den dag det skete have selv fået fjernet sin bil og flere a deres gæster også. Det er så ringe at man ikke lige gør os opmærksom på det, når man ved det,, hvis det ikke er mangle på service ved jeg ikke hvad det er.

Both staff and rooms were incredible. The hotel is located central to many walkable attractions. We were able to see most of downtown Sienna on foot without ever moving our car. We will definitely be back.

Very well maintained, renovated 19th century building. Close to all attractions, while still easily accessible by car, very close to the pedestrian zone of the old town. Parking is not free, but reasonable (15 Eur/day in the hotels garage). There is no elevator, so you will need to climb some stairs (on the plus side they are all marble stairs). The room was a good size (for 3 adults), tha bathroom is smaller but very clean and nice. It was quiet and air conditioning was working well. We had a good sleep, the blinds can be shut completely, good if you like to sleep longer. The two large mirrors made the room to feel even bigger. Overall, it is a better 3-star hotel. Only drawback for some may be the lack of elevator.

The staff is wonderful, location is great. The negative experience is that there is no elevator (lift). Siena is beautiful and peaceful. Nice change to get away from a lot of going’s on in Rome.

Service and location were fabulous! Felt like a home, away from home. Would definitely go back. I would suggest taking your own hairdryer and a wash cloth.
