service was great, they helped us plan our time there and the city of Sienna was fantastic. The hotel is outside the main area but 1-2 minutes away in a great location

Very well maintained, renovated 19th century building. Close to all attractions, while still easily accessible by car, very close to the pedestrian zone of the old town. Parking is not free, but reasonable (15 Eur/day in the hotels garage). There is no elevator, so you will need to climb some stairs (on the plus side they are all marble stairs). The room was a good size (for 3 adults), tha bathroom is smaller but very clean and nice. It was quiet and air conditioning was working well. We had a good sleep, the blinds can be shut completely, good if you like to sleep longer. The two large mirrors made the room to feel even bigger. Overall, it is a better 3-star hotel. Only drawback for some may be the lack of elevator.

The staff is wonderful, location is great. The negative experience is that there is no elevator (lift). Siena is beautiful and peaceful. Nice change to get away from a lot of going’s on in Rome.

Service and location were fabulous! Felt like a home, away from home. Would definitely go back. I would suggest taking your own hairdryer and a wash cloth.

Flott hotell og god service, har også egen parkering. Lett å komme til hotellet og det ligger rett på gamlebyen. Veldig bra.

Hotel muito bem localizado (fizemos os principais pontos turisticos a pé) e confortável, principalmente pela cama e banheiro. Estacionamos no estádio (parte de trás do hotel) por recomendação deles e para não entrar na ZTL, foi tranquilo. Fomos em 3 e deu tudo certo. Café da manhã ok, normal.

Hôtel idéalement situé près du centre historique de Sienne. Fort heureusement nous avions pu réserver une place de parking auprès de l'hôtel. Nous avons rencontré un problème de climatisation, aussitôt résolu par la réception en nous changeant de chambre. Seul inconvénient de cet établissement, les étages sans ascenseur. Le personnel a l'amabilité de se charger des bagages mais le problème n'est pas résolu pour les personnes à mobilité réduite.

This property is beautiful. I love Trompe-l'œil the that they have on the walls all over the hotel. Breakfast was delicious. They do have some onside parking. The biggest problem that I had with this venue is there is no elevator. We were staying in a triple room which are all on the top floor and I walk with a cane which meant there was many many stairs to go up. Other than that I would highly recommend for your Siena trip

Location was excellent...just outside the walled city. Convenient to bus, dining and shopping. Would definitely stay at Hotel Chiusarelli again!

Very nice rooms. Super accomodating staff. Close to the center of town, shopping and food.

No water in the room, not even to buy. The room we were put in had AC issues (it couldn’t be turned on) and they changed us to another one, this second room had the AC on but the room was extremely hot. The drier in the bathroom did not work. Breakfast was somewhat good.

We received a very warm welcome on arrival and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was good and in a lovely calm setting. The location is great for strolling round Siena and close to the bus station if you want to use Siena as a base. Our room and bathroom were excellent and there were nice quiet areas to rest or read. Really enjoyed this hotel.
