Hôtel vieillot Ne mérite pas les 5* Ménage fait tous les deux jours Trop cher pour les prestations proposées

An der Reception waren sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeiter. Ich wollte 1h später auschecken und Fernando hat mich angeschrien dass es nicht geht.

Es ist einfach zu laut. Jeder macht Party in dem Hotel.

Rooms where very spacious and clean. Facilities all worked well. Everything went smoothly.

Good time, but this is never a 5 star hotel . It’s dated . 3 star .

We had a 12 night stay which we thoroughly enjoyed. We were on Self catering. The apartment is well equipped everything we need. The apartment was very very spacious and the towels were changed every other day. The staff were very pleasant and nothing was too much bother. There are plenty of loungers round the pool area but it doesn’t take long for them to be taken. We would holiday here again.

Hotel very dated decor needing refreshed in rooms, bath and shower dirty no pressure in shower stayed 4 nights and room only cleaned once. Not 5 star as rated.

Para ser un 5 estrellas deja mucho que desear, está bastante anticuado, paredes con humedades, baños que necesitan una reforma integral, mobiliario de los años 60...

Location brilliant. Room 207 had no view and had a lot of construction noises throughout the day. However if we had a nice view of the sea or pool it would have been fine. We were in Albufeira with a large group of people for a birthday so didn't make much odds however it would have been disappointing if we were there for a relaxing break. Otherwise everything was excellent..

No way this is a five star hotel, other than the lobby. I would say three and a half at best. There was mouldings missing in doorways all the plumbing was falling apart the shower was a dribble. The tv had the capacity for Netflix but not offered. The furniture was very old and run down. On the positive the staff was helpful and the area offered a lot

The Al inclusive package was a disgrace food disgusting and cold ever day. Drinks at the bar were a disgrace no rose wine, no malibu, no sangria no drinks at all before 12pm We arrived at hotel at 13.00pm and did not get checked in until 4pm and hotel would not give us our al inclusive band until 4pm No entertainment at the pool during the day no music nothing and the entertainment at night should have just went home

A very beautiful reception place should have the same quality apartments...

Esthétique de l’hotel Parfait, quelques difficultés pour la communication, prestation et service médiocre, très déçu de ce voyage.

O Grand Muthu Forte Da Oura é anunciado como um hotel 5* mas na realidade deveria ser reclassificado, apesar do seu hall de entrada bem decorado e imponente. O tempo passou sem remodelação e retirou-lhe uma estrela e meia. Houve uma remodelação em alguns (poucos) quartos que per si podem ser considerados de 5*, apesar de não terem varanda, mas não são apartamentos (que caracterizam o hotel). Os apartamentos podem hoje ser considerados de 3* quer pelos equipamentos quer pelo antiquado mobiliário. Felizmente os preços não são de 5*, o que não provoca reclamações, certamente, mas estão acima dos preços de hotéis 4* da região. O ginásio é no hotel ao lado, do mesmo grupo, mas para além de equipamentos não aconselháveis pel estado, são do final do século passado, infelizmente. O SPA, também do hotel ao lado, não foi utilizado nem o restaurante. Fora, a piscina é de média dimensão e há espaço para as espreguiçadeiras. Tem uma área de parque infantil, campo de ténis para repintar, campo de voleibol de praia e um relvado em razoável estado de conservação. A limpeza é aceitável. O entretenimento é bom. O pessoal da receção é dedicado, muito simpático e demonstra grande profissionalismo. A localização é central, o percurso para a praia é fácil apesar do regresso ser a subir. No global pode considerar-se um 4* com aspirações. Importa não deixar que o tempo apague as estrelas.

Nothing in this property was unique. I don't know why it was categorized 5 stars hotel !

I like so much the hotel. It is very well localizated, big rooms, nice pool and great prices.
