Staff was friendly and helpful. Great breakfast and very clean rooms

Check in was easy. Free breakfast was very basic but good. The only problem was the beds. The mattresses were very soft and sunk in the middle when you laid down. Was only there for two nights but much longer and my back would have started hurting.

Room was ok, we had a triple queen room. The fact that was available was nice. However the sink dripped constantly, the water faucet to the shower was barely hanging on and the toilet wasn’t fully connected to the floor. I did notice that they were remodeling rooms, so maybe they just haven’t made it that far. Breakfast was alright, the set up in the room was crowded and people standing over each other waiting to get their food.

The room was clean however the closet bar had been removed or broken and the shade didn't work properly.

The room was ok. It was in need of updating. Breakfast was simple but hot and good. Maid service was only every other day.

We did not try the breakfast. The exterior of the property look well kept. the carpeting in our room was stained and looked dirty and needed to be replaced. The flooring in the bathroom had dirty grout and the baseboard molding was in poor condition. On one wall it was stapled in place. We booked 2 rooms and we stayed in 261. The bed in our room was very comfortable.

Air conditioner in our room was leaking and carper was soaked. Had to change rooms for our second night to stay there.

This was our first time staying here our family of 4 2 adults and two 3 year olds it was perfect for us. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfort my only complaint was there’s not a lot of plug ins and the chair in our room was ripped but it was good for a couple nights. Staff was really nice. It was clean.

There was trash over flowing outside all the hotel rooms, there were trash bags in the halls, and I was told there was no house keeping available or help to collect trash when it was blocking the steps. The room was clean, but smelled like cigarette smoke. There were giant boxes all over the hall ways. The pool was out of order as well.

Pool was green & closed. We were able to use the pool next door, but it was crowded with 14 people already there. The property needs a major refresh. The bathroom had an older fiberglass tub/shower & inadequate lighting. Sink was cracked. Beds were noisy & sagged in the middle. Exterior vinyl siding had holes in it. Furniture was stacked up in all stairwells & breezeways. Appreciated the staff efforts. Chose this because of the 3 queen beds in one room option.

Wonderful place and great people that work there.

They put us in our first room. It had an industrial fan and they’re blowing because the smell of mold was horrible. They got us another room. It had gum in two different spots in the carpet which the gum was soft. When we went to breakfast on Saturday morning Approximately 745 they were pretty much out of everything. All they had out there was sausage links and they were still frozen. No eggs, no biscuits. We ate a bowl of cereal

There was a bit of issue with pool but Katie got it worked out!

Breakfast was good. We had non-smoking rooms in the breezeway and when you opened the door cigarette smoke would blow into the room because people were setting in the breezeway smoking. We had a room with 2 queen beds for 4 people and not near enough places to put suitcases/clothes. No phone in the room and only a small shower with no place to put your clothes except for the floor. No map of where the ice machine or washer and dryer was located. Could have had a couple more pillows, one bed had 3 small pillows which we made do but if both people wanted soft pillows, someone was out of luck. No privacy door and the small bathroom with no countertop space was the only place to change clothes. The main room was spacious but only 2 chairs and they were not cushioned (uncomfortable to set in)

There was an issue with the second floor room above us and they moved us and took care of the issue in a professional manner. We also had a family emergency back home and they handle that in issue in a professional manner too!! Very happy with our stay!!

The breakfast was very good. Will stay here again.

Mattress was ripped and torn pillowcases were dirty. Leak outside our room. Breakfast was pretty good but there were so many people and so much congestion in breakfast room. It needs to be bigger to accommodate so many people.
