The property is beautiful. Well maintained and great location. The staff was friendly and efficient.

Absolutely Awful Experience – Stay Somewhere Else This hotel was one of the biggest disappointments of our entire trip and a complete waste of money. We booked and paid for a family room, which already included extra beds. Then, less than 24 hours before checkout, the hotel suddenly decided to charge us extra for our two young children. We had already paid for the family room, and the extra beds were already in the room. No additional services or benefits were provided. It felt like nothing more than a last-minute money grab. To make matters worse, the extra beds were never even made by housekeeping. We had to do it ourselves. We barely even used the hotel’s facilities. We only had breakfast twice, and my wife and children didn’t even eat there. Yet we were still charged more. After a full day of sightseeing, we returned around 12:30 a.m. only to find our room key had been deactivated. With two exhausted children, this was the last thing we needed after an already long day. The common areas were unbearable. There was no air conditioning in the lobby or conference room. We watched a football match with more than 15 people in a room that felt like an oven. When we asked the staff to turn on the AC, we were told the technician had locked the controls. No apology. No solution. Complete indifference. Housekeeping was poor. The room wasn’t cleaned properly, and when we asked for shampoo, the cleaning staff ignored us. The hotel doesn’t even have a private beach. Horrible Hotel, No staff, motel grade. I don’t know how it is advertised 4-5 star. We arrived at 1am the hotel lobby was dark no staff no attendant. We had to yell to have someone coming to the front desk to check us in. We had to park our rented car at the entrance as no valet. Neighborhood looks run down and you have to cross the street to go to the beach. We booked this hotel for 5 nights but we had to leave after just 9 hrs. Pool location terrible between buildings. Stay away of this property.

Everything about the hotel was amazing, except fot the fact that we got rubbed for 2600 while they are cleaning the room. We felt bad accusing anyone specific and told management but obviously they said nothing was stolen because its right to defend their team as they should. Overall everything else was amazing i just hope we didnt get money stolen at the hotel

Good quality and quantity of food. Restaurant close early. Star privilege not excellent. Poor food , snacks. Gym little. Rooftop very nice but the service not high standards. No amenities in the rooms. Excellent position for view not so close to Palma. Perfect. Need some internal maintenance

Upon arrival to de Playa de Palma IS, the staff made you feel very welcomed. The aroma of the lobby was breathtaking and you were serve a cold beverage while you wait to be checked in. Our room was clean and inviting, food options were vast and delicious. Daily activities for everyone’s enjoyment. The pool was cold although they said it was heated so we couldn’t enjoy and so was the beach but overall, our day was GREAT…

5 star in every way great pool beach and access to beachside restaurants palma old town 8 miles away but can be reached by express bus also taxi to old town for $20

Few steps away from beach, the boardwalk has a party vibe. Clean room, a little pricey, breakfast buffet is so worth it, nice staff in general. The only negative was the front desk was not very helpful after loosing iPods. They didn’t even ask the location of where we lost it. The snack bar needs a variety of other items. It also runs out quickly.

Hotellet ligger i kort avstand fra flyplassen, man kan ta billig flybuss som stopper rett utenfor. Ingen plagsom flystøy. Vi var på 1 uke ferie sammen med familie. Vi hadde rom ved siden av hverandre, plassert etter god forståelse fra hotellet. Dette er et veldrevet hotell med fantastisk beliggenhet nær Palmastranden, bare 1 minutt å gå til stranden. Hotellet har eget pool-område med utmerket poolbar for lunsj. Det ble servert gratis forfriskninger til gjestene i løpet av dagen. Vi hadde halvpensjon, der både frokost og middag besto av bugnende buffeer, middagsbuffeen hadde skiftende tema gjennom uken. Maten var god, mye tilberedt av kokkene direkte bak disken både til frokost og middag. Middagssalen ren og pen, med god service fra servitørene. Internett på rommet fungerte godt og med tilfredsstillende hastighet. Alt i alt et flott opphold av høy kvalitet. Vi kommer gjerne igjen!

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Pool Blick. Balkon. Schoen wären immer auf dem Balkon zu dem Tisch und den beiden Stühlen zwei Liegestühle ..das war ok für mich dass es das nicht gab aber wäre auch schön gewesen diese zu haben - vor allem bei der Abend Sonne .. sonst war alles perfekt

Property is nice but I’d say solid four star not five . Rooms are large and we had a nice balcony facing the water. We were not fond of bathrooms lay out that lacked privacy . Staff were very friendly and pool and gym well equipped. All meals were buffet style which were good although I’m not a big fan of dinner buffets. Location assuming weather is good is typical beach like but on a rainy day you are limited for activities. Overall a nice stay but not great
