The stay was perfect I am just concern about vehicles safety when I left there was no one at the gate. I lifted the boom and left without seeing the security

The hotel room needs some painting done. The other guest were loud, therefore 2AM wake up wasnt great.

All good. Actually a superior hotel measured against other rural town hotels. I could rate it with some of the best. BUT, the airconditioner was not working in the winter! What upset me, was that there was no effort made to accommodate us with a discount. Even when they wanted to downgrade us to a smaller room, it would be without a fee reduction. Not a free cup of coffee or free breakfast offer to compensate. Nothing. That ruined it for me.

I had a great time at this hotel. Rooms are clean .

The staff is always welcoming and the rooms are great and spacious. They can afford to change their televisions to smart ones.

Clean and cosy room. Can do with a bar fridge to make the stay more comfortable.

Couldn't sleep peacefully cause there was a lot of noise the whole night

Checking in took over 30 minutes because I made an online booking. The best thing about my stay was the big and comfortable bed. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, I had to use my own pocket tissues - room service was no where to be found, the phone just rang when calling room service and reception. The bathroom was not clean. Someone else would have thought there was no hot water - I left the shower running for about 20 minutes until the water was warm, still no room service or reception to advise or help.

had to wait over 30 minutes to check in as the person at reception hadn't received confirmation from Hotels.com that the room had already been paid online. Only after about 30 minutes did the hotel receive proof of payment confirmation. Pretty annoying. Apart from that, the stay was fine.

Convenient for a one-night stopover when travelling between JHB and Mbombela. Loud on a friday night bc drink patrons of the bar were throwing bottles. There were many broken beer bottles in the parking lot in the morning. Be sure to park closer to the security gate/further from the restaurant to avoid the risk of broken glass in your tiresmm.

Amazing staff, great food and a neat place

建物が少し古いですが快適に過ごせました。運動したい際には近隣のフィットネスセンターを利用できます。こちらは設備も充実してて非常に良かったです。

Es gab Baffet am Abend (14..05.) und war nicht,wirklich nicht geschmeckt.Also als Essen auf mein Teller hatte,komm Service Dame meinte meinte ob ich mein Teller gewogen hätte. Wir wollten eine Geränke Karte,uns wurde gesagt,gibt es keine sie sagt uns was zu trinken gibt.Das war Unheimlich. Zimmer ansich sehr groß und sauber

I will not book at this hotel ever again,they hire unprofessional people.

Frequent guest at this hotel but this time there were too many inconveniences. The door was stiff, required much effort to open, room seemed to be under construction, few glitches in the wall, The television remote was completelying faulty. Wasn't satisfied this time
