The front desk was very friendly and accommodating.

We stayed in a different room a week ago and it was much nicer. This room had a musty smell and had holes in a cabinet. The floor wasn’t put in right. The ac from other rooms made a “lawn mower “ sound all night. The bed was very comfortable.

I enjoyed my brief stay at the Albertville Microtel. Room was very functional for one night. Appreciated lights (as opposed to semi-unromantic dinginess). Good shower, fridge and A/C

This stay was good everything was clean and comfortable the room we chose was nice and spacious. Had a microwave and a refrigerator so that's definitely a plus. Only downside was bed was not that comfortable for me as I have lower back pain and it made it worse.

The room was clean and comfortable. The hallways and public area too. The front desk staff (the evening of our stay) was very nice and professional. The only somewhat negative was the breakfast. Cereal, waffles danish etc. but no protein at all. Since I eat a gluten free diet, I was glad I’d brought something from home.

Check in was quick. Staff were courteous. Property was quiet.

Everything about my stay was fantastic lots of restaurants and shopping was close together and it was very quiet and peaceful.

At the price point, this was a decent hotel.

Check in was easy and did it online...we arrived later in the evening. It was supposed to be a non- smoking facility, however when we entered the elevator it smells very strongly of weed. When we arrived on the second floor, the odor was overwhelming and our room smelled as well. The room was warm, no air movement. We sprayed some body spray to make it better and turned on the air conditioning. It greatly improved. During the night, the faucet in the tub leaked all night long despite having tried to tighten it. Breakfast in the morning was some canned gravy and what looked like previously frozen biscuits. No fruit was available. Cereal, waffles, juices and bagels were available. Not bad, but nothing exciting. Bed was comfortable and pillows were good. Refrigerator worked well.

My family always like to stay at the Microtel hotels when we travel. The only complaint I have is that the pool is way too small to accommodate more than 3-4 adults.

Seems to be nice and clean, very quiet and in a very good location.

Could’ve been a little better accommodations. Shower head was not attached properly. The tub did not drain properly.
