We loved our recent stay for NYE in Bucharest. Staff couldnt be any more helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the kitchen was still under renovation, meaning we had to go to another hotel for breakfast. Plus the lift was still being refurbished too, which was a bit annoying as we had a pram with us. However this is not the staff's fault and this was all fully explained on check in. The hotel has recently been renovated to a high standard and looks very smart and is very clean. Our 2 year old was left a little elf toy and chocolates on the bed on day two from staff which was a lovely gesture and very much appreciated. We would not hesitate to stay here again, good hotel in a good location with very friendly staff.

Çeşmeci parkının yanında bulunan otelin kahvaltı seçeneği bulunmuyor. 2 katlı otelin çatı katında kaldım. Boyum 1.87 olmasına rağmen herhangi bir sorun yaşamadım. Çatı pencerelerinde perde mevcut ve açıp kapamasını kolaylaştırmak için odaya merdiven bırakmışlar. Odanın büyüklüğü yeterince iyiydi, temizlik konusunda sorun yoktu ve çok sessizdi. Hemen yakınında market olması avantaj.

Very good location

Ill always give an honest review of where I stay. So..we arrived early, and were greeted by a horrible, ignorant, rude man that barked at us . As we were early, we were willing to pay for an early check in, but a lady came along and kindly let us check in early. We were very grateful . This was the only positive. We stayed in a duplex and it was grim- faeces smears in the toilet, bed not made up- we had to dress our own bed, damp patches on the wall and loads of spiders and spashes of stuff on the walls But we were grateful for the early check in and made the most of it. We had a couple of run ins with the vile old man there, any time we had to ask anything he was so vile and nasty- we shouldn't be met with such hostility in a hotel we are paying for. On check out, we asked to leave baggage and the woman barked at us and got furious, saying they have no luggage room and that theyre already looking after bags(?). I was like youre a hotel and you dont have a baggage room.. ive travelled 70 countries and over 200 hotels and never encountered this! I said i cant wait to review this place and she started screaming at me. It's funny, i had the equivalent of 40 euro in rom i wss going to tip her by way of thanks for the early check in...that went on a nice lunch elsewhere. Theres also no restaurant, signs everywhere threatening fines and its generally awful. The bed was comfy though.

The bed was comfortable, with a good shower and large room.

Very nice location

The staff is nice and they are very attentive with my needs. I come here because they don't disturb me and when cleaning is during the day is quite. The hotel is safe and central location.

1- There is old man in the reception, he doesn’t have any respect and he speak very rudely ( camera recording can be opened and see his behavior). 2- I booked a standard room and they didn’t inform that there is no windows. I found room without windows at sides, only opening up to the roof. 3- The internet connection is very very weak that I couldn’t open any internet page. 4-The landline telephone in the room is not working so you can’t call the reception for anything. 5- I found three cockroaches in my room and there are photos

Very chic hotel, elegant and spatious rooms. Has a cosy interior garden and a nearby small boutique.

A ver es cierto que por 50€ la noche no vamos a pedir el Ritz, pero lo que se ve en la web dista años luz de la realidad del hotel. Esta en un estado muy malo, por no decir lamentable. Las habitaciones muy abandonadas, sucias. Las zonas comunes igual. No somos delicados, hemos dormidos en sitios para tener pesadillas, pero muy cortito, casi más un dos estrellas.

This was my second stay in this hotel. While the first one (almost 6 years ago) was really good, this time I was rather disappointed. We booked a "superior" room that was on the ground floor and seemes quite worn. The door was damaged by what seemes like a punch, and hooks and toilet roll holders in the bathroom were missing, with remnants still in place. At check-in, we had a friendly receptionist, but at check-out, there was a pretty unfriendly guy. For one night, the stay was ok, but I have a feeling that standards have dropped quite significantly.

No hot water at night in shower, flush mechanism on toilet broken so it was leaking with a loud sound all the time, ac so loud that i could only have it on lowest setting in order to sleep so it was hot. Decent budget hotel for 1 night but not recommended for longer stays.

I arrived at 12 am , door was closed and the receptionest was sleeping. I waited almost one hour to find someone helping me to call the hotel number because i didnt have a sim card on romania when i arrived

Balkon yok,gece kapyı kapatıyoruz şifreyle girin deniyor,sigara içilebilen oda yok hava yağmurluda olsa avlu gibi bir yer var orada içmeniz bekleniyor,kesinlikle eşim de ben de rahat etmedik,ev kiralamak bu otelden daha mantıklı daha rahat kalırsınız,restoranı da var mı yok mu belli değil.temizlik konusunda oda temiz.ama rahat hissetmiyorsunuz.
