Great location across from Plaza Mayor and Mercado de San Miguel. Very convenient. Got a family room with a bunk bed and terrace that was spacious and comfortable. Main complaints were strong scented cleaning products outside our room, could not get room temperature below 22C and no ice (except for a few tiny cubes by the entrance).

Great location, You are in the center of everything in Madrid. Clean rooms, Good security. I will stay there from now on.

Excelente equipo de recepción. Todas mis solicitudes foram resueltas con prontitud y de manera muy cordial. La ubicación también es un punto a destacar. La limpieza y la comodidad son muy buenas. Recomiendo este hotel.

El personal es muy amable y dispuesto las 24 hrs a dar apoyo y soluciones a nuestras peticiones, el hotel esta limpio y cómodo en un lugar privilegiado, ya que puedes caminar a cualquier parte del casco antiguo de Madrid y ademas llegan los vehiculos hasta la puesrta del hotel. Esta a unos pasos del Mercado de San Miguel y La Plaza Mayor. Muy seguro, no entra nadie que no sea huésped, ya que tiene sensor desde la calle.

J'ai réservé une chambre solo avec terrasse. Peut-être pas une bonne idée compte tenu de la météo très chaude de juillet à Madrid, donc je n'ai pas pu en profiter, mais je n'y ai pas pensé avant. La chambre était très spacieuse et lumineuse. Très bien entretenue. Offre de 2 petites bouteilles d'eau bienvenues début juillet. Immense TV (Regret de ne pas trouver davantage de chaînes françaises). Un petit bémol concernant les produits à disposition, car c'est quand même une catégorie 4* : - dans sdb pas de verre à dents, pas de mouchoirs.... certains autres sont certes disponibles à l'accueil mais sur demande - dans la chambre offre très limitée de sachets thé et café et pas de petite cuillère, ni tasses - pas de peignoirs ni chaussons jetables

The AC was great. Staff was nice and knew English well. Very clean and didn’t even feel the need to use the safe. Definitely get the breakfast included because the buffet is worth the price!

Muy atentos en el hotel, nos dieron la habitación antes de la hora de entrada, lo que agradecimos muchísimo, veníamos llegando de un viaje largo. Nos atendieron muy bien. El desayuno vasto y con muchas opciones. La pasamos muy bien. Su ubicación muy céntrica y agradable. Gracias!
