The company’s policy of no early check-in, even though the room was available, was absurd. The room itself was not what we expected; it was old and in poor condition, contrary to the pictures on the website. To top it off, there was no internet access during the entire stay. I’m not recommending this hotel to a family or either a friend

Location, location, location. That is all you need to know. Oh, they have secure motorcycle parking. That too is important. And the breakfast is AMAZING! But Location Rules. And this is just an amazing location. If you want a new, Americanized place, this might not be it. Hot shower too!

Tolle Räume. Leider ist die Diskothek, die bis vier Uhr Musik machte, so laut, dass wir sehr schlecht geschlafen haben. Die Unterkunft ist klasse und wir wollten länger bleiben, aber wegen der Diskothek sind wir früher los.

Conveniente acceso a la playa y justo en la Avenida del Mar. Propiedad muy poco cuidada con el tremendo potencial que tiene, la higiene deja mucho que desear. No tiene cortinas blackout en las habitaciones con luces del hotel y de la avenida directo a las camas. Baño incómodo y nada funcional, apenas se puede cerrar la puerta o entrar a la ducha que es inoperativa y fue reportada los dos días de estadía sin arreglo.

Hotel ridicolo, come quasi tutti quelli incontrati in Cile. Pagato 1 notte 130 euro, al check-in mi hanno chiesto il pagamento del suddetto importo + 180 euro di garanzia (più del valore della notte). Ovviamente non lo scrivono da nessuna parte sul sito ma una volta arrivato lì, beh, o fai come dici loro o ti invitano a cercarti un altro hotel perdendo i tuoi soldi. Robe da pazzi… receptionists svogliati e minacciosi. Hotel per il resto davvero squallido, non vale 1 centesimo di quelli spesi.

Rent rom og flott utsikt mot sjøen. Herlig med hengekøye på uteareal. Enkelt med parkering. Hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale. Gid frokost. Ypperlig beliggenhet. Koselig og tradisjonelt hotell.

Wonderful little cabin. 2 bedroom perfect for a family of 3 or 2 couples. Very clean, great amenitied, wonderful staff.

The beach view was the best in La Serena and a short walk to very good restaurants also facing the sea. The hotel was very personable, room comfortable, breakfast buffet excellent, and the staff exceptionally helpful and attentive.

Wir haben zuerst das falsche Zimmer bekommen. Dann doch noch das richtige Zimmer bekommen. Wir hatten einen Suite mit Sitzmöglichkeiten gebucht. Das Zimmer war voll mit den Betten und es war klein. Keine Sitzmöglichkeiten im Zimmer und für eine Suite viel zu klein kein Platz für Koffer. Das Zimmer war schrecklich. Frühstück war auch eher schlecht.

Estadia maravilhosa. Café da manhã excelente de frente a praia. Agradecimento a Senhora Maria que sempre me atendeu com sorisso e alegria estampado no rosto. Todos os funcionários foram muito amáveis. A localidade é ótima também. MUITO OBRIGADA!!!!

El hotel es muy bonito y el personal es excelente. Gente muy amable y con excelente disposición. Además, el desayuno es exquisito. La conexión a wifi en las piezas no funcionaba y a mi juicio falta una mantención y pintura a los techos, paredes y muebles de baño.
