Yes, view was fantastic but never used the spa.

Great buffet for breakfast and dinner. Great location on the water. Has paid parking. Staff very friendly. Very clean property Enjoyed our stay there.

The staff are wonderful, welcoming and friendly. I enjoyed my stay here although I wouldn't recommend using the steam sauna. It's outdated, has a moldy smell and the paint is peeling. The tiled area in the sauna area could use a refresh. Other than that the rooms were clean, updated and the beds were comfortable.

The El cid hotel is an excellent hotel, we have stayed twice now and have enjoyed the hotel.and facilities each time.The location to the beautiful beach and lots of restaurants and shops is second to none! The hotel rooms and facilities are in my opinion superb, the food is fantastic with lots of variety..I would highly recommend this hotel in the Playa de Palma area, also.only 10 mins drive to the airport, so.tranfers are minimal. Palma is a short 20 min drive away with all the things a lovely city has to offer!! Dont hesitate, , give this hotel serious consideration when looking, you will be glad you did.😎🏝🌞👌

Location was great and staff were fine. 2 stars because we stayed for 2days with a very weak to none existent WiFi in the room. The A/C control unit must be for show because the room stayed warm, never at all got cold or at least cooled down. Overall OK but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. 10minutes on the bus from the airport. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Amazing views and lots of places to sit and see the sea. Lovely breakfast and snacks. Enjoyed the sangria!

This is a nice hotel in a great location.. The food whilst there was a good selection of different foods it was always cold !! And I mean stone COLD ! The only time the selection of food on offer was Warm was at 7 pm immediately. The restaurant opened if you went to the restaurant after 7:15 pm the food was always stone cold…. The only way to get hot food was from the selection of food that the chef cooked for you…

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage. Die Zimmer sind schön, jedoch hört man alles was auf dem Flur und in den Nachbarzimmern passiert und es kommt Wasser von der Decke. Das Personal ist freundlich aber nicht entschlossen Fehlverhalten von anderen Gästen zu unterbinden. Im Gegenteil sogar, sie unterstützen das noch. Man bezahlt einen stolzen Preis für ein Adult Hotel. Wenn sich jedoch eine Truppe Partygegänger im Hotel befindet, ist es mit dem Adult Hotel gelaufen. Poolparty mit Getränken im Pool und das Personal schaut nur zu, anstatt das zu unterbinden. Für andere Gäste die die Ruhe im Pool geniessen wollen sehr enttäuschend! Würden diese Probleme nicht sein, dann wäre es Perfekt.

Jättebra service och rum med två balkonger, båda med havsutsikt! Utöver det var hotellet okej men man fick det man betalade för. Maten var helt okej.

Antiquated hotel but very clean and well kept. Breakfast was good. More of a 3-3.5 star Property. Only negative was my check out was noon sand at 12:05 they asked me to leave ( I was running a little late )

Amazing location, view and staff. Spotlessly clean. Huge choice of food on half board. Did not want to leave.

Rommet og hotellet har høy standard, god plass og renholdet var bra. Flotte bassengområder. Nydelig utsikt. Nærme strand. Lite men innholdsrikt treningsrom. Kjedelig mat, så vi spiste stort sett på de mange restaurantene i nærheten.

Dans l'ensemble le séjour était correct, mais clairement pas digne d'un 4 étoiles. La demi-pension du soir est décevante : nourriture industrielle, répétitive et de mauvaise qualité. Les transats sont réservés très tôt par les clients, difficile d'en trouver de libres. Dans la chambre, certains basiques comme peignoir ou chaussons ne sont pas fournis, il faut tout demander à la réception.

I was only here for 1 night but it was perfect for my needs. The staff were fantastic and I even got an early check-in. The room was very spacious as was the bathroom. I would be more than happy to stay here again.

Das Zimmer war modern und die Aussicht über den Pool auf den Strand war sehr schön. Das Personal war freundlich. Ich hatte Halbpension gebucht und das Essen war durchschnittlich. Es gab viele vegetarische und vegane Optionen, jedoch war das Essen oftmals kaum gesalzen. Etwas schade war, dass mein Zimmer direkt neben dem Aufzug war. Die Wände sind sehr hellhörig, sodass es teilweise etwas laut aufgrund der anderen Gäste war.
