Front Counter staff was very Rude. No friendly. Gulshan and Shannan both were talking very Rude. I extended my one day stay and their attitude was so bad .

I loved everything about this property. I knew when i stepped into the room that it was very clean and well taken care of.

Very clean & well kept up hotel. Would strongly recommend. We were there for our grandson’s wedding @ Mayowood barn & Shannon, their manager let us check in early,which we really appreciated.

wonderful room and bed very comfortable. cleaning staff nice and front desk also. nice breakfast.

In town for a wedding. Front desk staff was ready for us at check in, smooth and fast, so we could change and get to the church. Very impressive.

Great Service

Outside entrance was littered with cigarette butts. Staff was not friendly….they didn’t even speak when we were coming and going. Our room was spacious but the floors had not been vacuumed. There was lint on the desk. The faucet handle kept falling off.

Gulshan is the best

The hotel was very nice with plenty of room. I had a room with a single king size bed. The room also had a full sized couch that if needed could be pulled out into another bed. There was a refrigerator and microwave,there was also a Keurig coffee maker and they also included the pods to make single cups of coffee. The bathroom was very nice very clean and if you forgot any amenities, all you had to do is ask and they would give them to you for free. There was a very nice workout room that actually had weights in it. The pool was clean and warm, the hot tub was very relaxing. The staff were very friendly and polite. The staff was also very helpful and let me know about the area. There’s also a small lake on the property and I saw people fishing there. However I didn’t stick around long enough to see if they caught any fish. Like jogging in the morning and there’s a jogging path next to the hotel which I found very convenient. I stayed at the one in the Mayo Clinic area and was never more than 10 to 13 minutes away from either the hospital or the campus or anywhere I needed to go for appointments. If you are there to go to the Mayo Clinic, I do suggest leaving early because the parking isn’t all that great at the Mayo Clinic so I would plan for at least a half an hour lead before your appointment for parking. But that isn’t the hotel‘s fault they are great parking. And I also felt that it is in a very safe area with access to shopping eating and there’s also an IMAX block away.

Very good trip. Fairly new hotel which was ver clean. Room was very nice. Breakfast was very good.

Friendly staff

Loved everything! The only down side was there was no laundry appliances, they had a laundry room but nothing in there I hope they get some soon, and the pool was down for maintenance while we were there for the week

I asked to cancel because we were not informed that the pool waa closed.
