We called the hotel for a airport shuttle and waited over an 1 and it never showed up spoke to the hotel 4 different times and they said they were not sure why they were not there and said if we took a Uber they would reimburse us. We were a family of 6 at 11pm and it was 80$ the hotel refused to reimburse us us very disappointing.

This is the only place my family and i want to stay from now on. Its so spacious, clean and you have to love the divided bathrooms - one was a toilet and sink and the other was a sink and shower. So convenient when travelling with the family! Super comfortable bed, decent breakfast. Great stay overall!

The pictures are misleading when it comes to the pool. Pool is very small and weird. Do coffee stands in lobbies usually not have coffee in the morning before the continental breakfast? 6 am and no coffee when the room only has one cup/pod?

Easy access to airport, clean and quiet. Rooms were large. Did not like the bathroom set-up with pocket doors and toilet being separate from shower.

Awesome place all the way around. And there are nice restaurants in the casino near by. Planning on making this our stop on our way home from FL. next year.

It was very nice and spacious. The breakfast was an amazing selection of hot and cold foods and beverages.

Perfect location, close to everything. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean and update facility. Breakfast was good. The king bed we had was not comfortable. It was hard, lumpy and the sheet kept coming off. Airport is very close and loud during the night.

There was no hot water for the shower. I was told this was a common problem when large groups of people used the facilities at the same time. Isn't this the purpose of a hotel? To accommodate large groups of people at the same time? I could hear the toilets flush from other rooms above me very clearly, very loud and very often. I could here others thru the walls. It is like the place was constructed out of tissue paper. Not how a hotel should be and not how other Springhill Suites presented.

Sadly my flight out of Miami had mechanical issues and experienced massive delays. I no longer am able to use the room.

Nice hotel.

Nice spacious clean room. Only complaint, the shower and toilet doors are frosted glass. If you turn the lights on in either room at night you’re going to wake someone up. Close to the airport but didn’t hear planes only car traffic. Not loud enough to keep me awake. Turfway Park Racetrack immediately adjacent if you’re going there.
