Lovely hotel, clean and quiet. Just round the corner from the Charles Bridge in the 'Lesser Town' area. Polite helpful and friendly staff. Definitely recommend.

Dieses Hotel hat eine ganz wunderbare Lage. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit seinen senffarbenen Holzeinbauten und dem sehr schönen burgunderfarbenen Teppichen und Sesseln. Such a great stay! The front desk staff was very sweet and gave us a champagne gift when we arrived. The bed was comfortable, the decor was cute, and it was nice that check out time was noon, so we got to seep in. Would absolutely stay here again when I am in Prague again!

Lovely place, but issue with cleaning service Room was given a quick once over, even forgoing replacing used towels. This was corrected once we complained.

Lovely hotel - slightly dated but quaint. Perfect location to see all the sites. Only had breakfast but this was very good. Would recommend

The facilities are good, the staff is friendly and we got a welcome drink, which was a really nice touch. The location is amazing and on a quiet street. The bed was also super comfortable. The showers may be too cold during the ‘rush hours’ in the morning.

Betten waren unbequem, Zimmer veraltet, Bad sehr eng und der Abfluss war sehr schlecht, das Frühstück wurde in einem Zeltartigen Raum aufgebaut, nur eine Zeltplane trennte das Frühstück vom Aussenbereich, dadurch waren die Warmspeisen vom Frühstück sehr kalt, Kaffee war lauwarm, Personal sehr freundlich

Amazing hotel. Great service, breakfast, room quality, within a walking distance to most of the major attractions, and proximity to the subway and tram lines. Despite being in the city center, the street is super quiet at night. The hotel is not on a cheap side but definitely worth the money. Highly recommend.

Ayant l’habitude des voyages, je me permets de déposer un avis éclairé. Cet hôtel n’est pas du tout à la hauteur d’un hôtel 5 étoiles. 3 au mieux Jean Paul a l’accueil, très pro mais c’est vraiment le seul qui connaît les codes des hôtels 5 étoiles. À commencer par le petit déjeuner ou l’offre des produits est quasi inexistante et bas de gamme. Le thé en sachet premier prix, le café médiocre, les fruits coupés trop en avance donc séchés en surface. Il vaut mieux laisser les fruits entiers. Certains plats pas renouvelés comme les omelettes ou autre… Le personnel au petit déjeuner vite débordé et qui n’est pas du tout aimable. Tout n’est vraiment pas du tout à la hauteur. La chambre, authentique dans le style local mais là aussi, le personnel est à revoir. 2 fois, nous sommes rentrés vers 18 h et et la chambre n’était pas faite. Il a fallut réclamer, en attendant au bar. Jean-Paul nous a offert une bouteille d’eau mais lorsqu’il n’était pas là, on ne nous a rien proposé. Le problème St que lorsqu’on y met le prix, on s’attend à tout autre chose. Il y a un problème crucial de personnel et les prestations, le niveau espéré ne sont pas à la hauteur Grosse déception

Positiv: sehr gute Lage für alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Prag, sehr tolle und hilfsbereite Rezeptionistin am ersten Abend, sehr netter Page, zur Begrüßung ein Sekt und auf dem Zimmer nochmals eine ganze Flasche Sekt bekommen. Gepäck wurde vom Pagen aufs Zimmer gebracht. Qualitativ hochwertige Handtücher. Neutral: Stilvolle, aber zum Teil stark heruntergekommene Zimmer (bspw Duschkopf, das Wasser hat einen kaum erreicht). Negativ: Frühstücksbuffet!!! Das Geld kann man sich wirklich sparen und besser auswärts essen gehen. Die Lebensmittel lagen fast alle wohl über Nacht/mehrere Tage in der Vitrine - sie waren definitiv nicht frisch aufgeschnitten/serviert (zb Käse, Wurst, Gurkenscheiben, Eierspeis). Warme Lebensmittel wie Speck, Spiegeleier, Grillgemüse lagen zwar in Wärmevitrinen, aber diese waren leider nicht eingeschalten - dies geschah erst auf unsere Rückfrage. Allgemein ist hier anzumerken, dass das Buffet des Frühstücks in einer Art Zelt/Wintergarten aufgebaut war - es war wahnsinnig kalt und die Heizstrahler haben leider meistens nicht alle funktioniert - es war leider sehr kalt. Da die Tür zum Frühstücksraum auch offen war, war es auch in dem Raum eher kalt und unangenehm. Positiv hervorzuheben war die Servicekraft beim Frühstück vom Montag (Marianna). Sie hat uns rasch mit Kaffee versorgt und das Buffet schnell wieder aufgefüllt und war sehr freundlich. Die Servicekraft beim Frühstück an den Tagen zuvor war leider sehr überfordert und hilflos.

This hotel was conveniently located just a 10 min walk from all the main points of interest for a tourist. Our room actually overlooked the palace! Our only complaint was the deadbolt lock was broken and the air conditioning was extremely finicky.

Super super nice hotel, great location and fantastic rooms. Would definitely recommend. The only thing to keep in mind, sometimes in the mornings the water can be a little cold. I'm guessing too many people showering at the same time kinda thing. We also booked the wellness area which is priced at €50, don't think it's worth that cost at all. The hot tub was cold, and €50 euros for an hour session isn't enough time to thoroughly enjoy and relax.
