sono arrivato in hotel dopo le 22 ed evidentemente il portiere notturno non è all'altezza. Non saluta, non da il benvenuto, chiede bruscamente documenti e carte i credito per pagare gli 'scoperti'. Stessa attitudine al check out, anch'esso fatto di sera tardi. Forse non idoneo a un hotel 4*

Wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist: Ein Perle, liegt abseits. Hotel ist vom Stil her kein "Heimweh- Italia Hotel" sondern top modern für design bewusste Gäste, echt toll wenn man das mag. Restaurant auch designbewusst eingerichtet und Speiseauswahl speziell - aber fein (keine Pizza, Spaghetti-Bolo, etc)

Muy recomendable y cerca de la feria. Inconveniente no tiene opcion de tomar un te o cafe en la habitacion. Hotel muy bonito

Uima-allas oli erittäin hyvä elokuun helteillä. Kuljetuspalvelu toimi lentokentältä ja lentokentälle. Hyvä iso ruokakauppa ihan vieressä.

Super flot hotel, helt nyistandsat med flot kunst overalt, også på værelserne. Vi fik et dejligt stort rum til en familie på 4. Det vendte mod vejen og der var trafikstøj. Dejlig pool med lille bar med mad. Morgenmaden var virkelig god. 12km til lufthavnen, vi fik en stor taxi for 50EUR

Amazing service from all staff. Beautiful hotel. Staff went above and beyond during our stay. Our meal in the restaurant was out of this world and will be a lifelong memory!

Om du ikke har leiebil er ca 50-60 euro unna BGY. Ca 40 euro++unna Bergamo. Lite tettsted. Vonde senger. Svømmebasseng var reservert til babysvømming klasse. Resepsjonen kan ikke hente et glass til deg, de må stå i resepsjonen selv om jeg i løpet av oppholde så kun en annen gruppe som overnattet.

One night layover was enough, thankfully didn't need to stay longer. Very surprised the hotel is rated 4 stars?? You can definitely use the money better, guys. At the hotel webpage is mentioned the hotel is situated at a shopping mall, which isn't true. Hotel is its own separate building, so don't look for a shopping mall when looking for the hotel.. The bathroom in the room was ice cold and the road noise came straight in the room. Parking lot was empty when we arrived, but as we drove back from sightseeing Bergamo sights, it was so packed we were advised to leave the rental car to the parking lot of the nearby shopping mall.. (the conference that occupied all the vacant parking slots could've been mentioned when we drove out, as we did talk about the parking). Customer service assistant couldn't give advice about Bergamo sights or distances as he wasn't local.. (suggesting the old town is nearby hotel, "probably a walk away", in reality 10km one way..). Rather difficult location without a car, taxi from the hotel to the airport (15min drive) cost 40€, public transportation would've took minimum one hour.. Positive notes: building is nice and neatly decorated.
