The Kazbek, was a super hotel, staff were fantastic, room was spacious and very clean, worth it's 5 stars. A great location by the marina . An early morning food bag, instead of breakfast was given for a day trip. To get from the city centre to the hotel, the bus stop outside was ideal and to get from hotel back to the city centre, the bus stop was just a 10 minute walk way.

The location in Lapad is perfect—peaceful and relaxing, yet still close enough to easily access Old Town when you want the energy and history. It’s the kind of place you actually look forward to returning to after a busy day exploring. Breakfast each morning was excellent, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel makes it easy to slow down and enjoy the experience rather than just rush through it. If you’re looking for a boutique hotel in Dubrovnik that delivers both luxury and authenticity without feeling crowded or touristy, Hotel Kazbek absolutely delivers. We’d come back in a heartbeat.

A beautiful, traditional hotel with friendly staff & thoughtful details. Situated at the marina with restaurants within walking distance. A short bus journey away from the old town. Excellent breakfast. Highly recommend.

Outstanding experience at Hotel Kazbeck. We were sad to leave after our two nights there. LOVELY property, excellent staff experience and great location. Made our first nights in Croatia just perfect.

The architecture and interior design and landscape design is exquisite. The staff are welcoming and attentive. Breakfast and bar service wonderful and rooms comfortable. 5 star all the way.

Fabulous large room - stunning! Delicious freshly cooked breakfast (incredible menu) Breakfast was served in the beautiful courtyard. Excellent location for Dubrovnik sightseeing. Incredibly helpful staff who were wonderful.

The property was lovely beautiful quiet pool onsesivly clean our room was checked several times a day and staff were friendly and nothing was too much troublem would recommend

The hotel was very nice and our room was clean and spacious. The restaurant was nice and the pool grounds were great. Beach is walkable along with multiple restaurants. The old city is also walkable and such a beautiful place to visit.

Staff was amazing lots of local places within walking distance (old town was a bit far but ok).

Superb staff, friendly and helpful throughout our weeks stay. Facilities including heated pool and delightful patio...access to plenty of good local restaurants complement the excellent hotel dining including full breakfast until 11am...Top hotel, perhaps the best Dubrovnik has to offer!

What can I say… but; was amazing! Loved every minute of my 4 night stay. Location was perfect. A 2mile walk (each way) into the walled old city was nice and some of the views were great on the way… and there was a circular walk in Lapad that had some of the best views of the blue sea. Pool area was fantastic and every member of the team that we came across couldn’t do enough for us. Even remembering our order for breakfast and drinks (we should have mixed it up). Really gave the personal touch that was great (as were the chocolates every day). Room was big and spacious as was the bathroom. Separate shower and bath was good. Organised transfers which were also great. 10/10!

Really wonderful boutique accommodations. Twelve rooms total. We had a suite which was huge. Full breakfast included. Staff is super helpful and always at your service. Wonderful pool are that was never crowded. One of the finest hotels I have stayed in and right across from the Marina with great restaurants up and down the strip and a fabulous restaurant in the hotel.

It is one of the best hotel experiences ever. It was first class, five starish, totally professional...the breakfast was high class, yet free, and even the parking was free! The whole staff was very friendly and first-rate.
