C est propre mais merite 7ne renovatiin, quand j avais 30 ans j alkais dans cet hotel , j en ai 60 maintenat

Personnel aimable et courtois. Chambre propre. Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de restaurant dans l'hôtel.

Rooms are clewn but bathrooms are small wc is placed in a wierd diagonal way and most importany the Bed is terrible super hard matrass not comfortable et all. The other small things that dont make this a 4 star et all. Maybe a 3 star

Very well located for Versailles

It's a nice hotel, good service, wonderful breakfast! There is a shopping center across the street. The only problem we had - we had to take taxi to the train station to go to Versailles or Paris!

C'est défraîchit, sans personnalité. - Climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas - Abord du parking non entretenu cassé, peu agréable - Entrée de l'hôtel en mobilier Gifi chinois pas cher. Plantes et pot peu accueillant. n'est pas du tout au standing d'un 4 étoiles, un simple IBis est beaucoup mieux.

The building looks old from outside - reminds me of an old factory or hospital and seems that the other half is shared with another company. Inside looks fine! There is a very small lobby. We got a room for 3 adults on the 4th floor. The lift is small, enough to fit 3 with small luggages. We had a spacious room with a large bed and a single bed. Interior is clean. Bathroom is quite small. The bathtub doesn't come with a bath mat, so it can be slippery. The shower head is small and water pressure is low - not the best shower I've had, and water leaks to the floor outside the tub. TV is stuck to the wall and cannot be adjusted - we weren't able to access the HDMI port to plug in our Google chromecast, but luckily they have a channel with original audio, in English. The receptionist are friendly and helpful. They helped get my mom into the small lift (for the disabled) down the staircase. However I didn't see one on the back side going to the parking. Was only a few steps down she could manage. Access to the mall was also good! Love that it's in a quiet and clean part of Paris. Definitely will be back in the future.

Très bon rapport qualité prix et très bien placé. Le personnel est efficace et chaleureux et les chambres de bonnes tailles . Endroit parfait pour 2 ou 3 jours

Séjour d une semaine pour le travail. Hotel chambre petit dej au top. L hôtel fait toujours l effet d’être d une autre époque mais tout y est agréable. Merci

Mauvaise isolation de la chambre donc j’ai eu très froid car mis à part un chauffage d’appoint j’ai eu très froid

Great stay and excellent location. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Will definitely recommend.

Des frais supplémentaires sur la taxe de sejour nous ont été facturés sur place, alors que ce n'était pas marqué nulle part lors de la réservation. Nous avions payé la totalité du prix affiché pour la chambre sur la plate-forme. (Normalment quand la taxe de séjour reste a payer sur place c'est indiqué mais ici ce n'étant pas le cas. Je réserve une centaine de nuits par an via cette application et c'est la première fois que cela m'arrive). Nous avons essayé d'expliquer la situation au jeune homme de l'accueil qui de manière grossière sans nous écouter ni nous laisser parler nous a dit que c'était comme ça et c'est tout. Aucune explication ou aide pour chercher une solution a été proposée. Il s'est limité a nous dire que l'on avait pas le choix et qu'il n'allait pas nous donner la chambre si on ne lui payé pas avant cette taxe. Donc accueil pas de tout sympathique pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. En plus c'était plus de 22h... on s'attend pas de tout à ce type d'accueil après une journée chargée où on veut seulement arriver et se reposer. Nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel. Trop cher pour ce qui est. Nous ne retournerons pas. Nous leur conseillons de mieux former leur personnel d'accueil, car service client nul.

Excellent accueil et service de l’équipe et la Direction

Hotel confortable, mais la t° de la chambre était mal réglée (trop chaud la nuit) sans autre possibilité que d'ouvrir la fenêtre (bruit de la rue passante). L'hotel n'y peut rien mais les taxes de séjours sont exhorbitantes (8€pp et par nuit!)

Hôtel qui mériterait d’être remis au goût du jour. Chambre réservée à la suite d’une erreur de ma part. Un responsable d’hôtel a voulu me rendre service en appelant le Mercure pour savoir si des chambres étaient disponibles, on lui a raccroché au nez au prétexte que je devais réserver en ligne.

Wir hatten ein Classic-Zimmer, welches an sich sauber war. Jedoch war der Teppichfußboden fleckig, Wände und Leisten renovierungsbedürftig (teils kaputt und dreckig) und wir fanden Haare auf dem Teppichboden. Das Zimmer war sehr groß. Toll ist, dass man die Fenster (4. Etage) öffnen kann. Der Parkplatz war einfach zu finden, bietet genügend Stellplatz und erschien mir sicher. Die Fernseher sind keine Smart-TVs über welche man eigene Filme abspielen kann, aber es gibt ein paar deutsche Sender. Das kontinentale Frühstück war super. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein großes Shoppingcenter ist direkt nebenan. Zum Schloss Versailles läuft man eine dreiviertel Stunde.

Excellent welcome on arrival. Modern and clean hotel and rooms. Excellent location on the outskirts of Versailles, but taxi rank outside and bus stop within 2 minutes walk. Westfield offers many good options and across the road. Only suggestion would be to add English language channels!
