After initial issues with outside noise and a move to a room far from the noise, I was given an updated modern room plus a complimentary dessert plate as a gesture acknowledging my troubles. The hotel is very convenient near the central Plaza de Armas where there is nightly free entertainment plus many shops and restaurants

Perfect location

The best hotel for a tourist trying to stay near Plaza De Armas in Cuzco. Around the corner from everything. I liked it so much, I stayed twice.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while it had some redeeming qualities, the overwhelming sewage smell from the toilet made my stay unbearable. Despite my best efforts to mask the odor with perfume, the stench persisted. The breakfast was decent, with some subtle variations each day. However, the eggs and pork sauce were inedible to me. Noise was another issue, as the paper-thin walls allowed me to hear every conversation and footstep in the hallway. If you're a light sleeper, this hotel is not ideal. While some staff members were friendly, others seemed indifferent. The room itself was a letdown, with a window that faced a wall, providing no natural light or view. It was a terribly designed room. On the plus side, the hotel is conveniently located near Cusco's historic center. I could never stay here again based off the terrible nasty toilet smell.

location is very convenient, It has hot water and a portable ac. beds are very comfortable. staff very professional, breakfast it’s nice

Les chambres sont très confortables, les lits en particulier. Le petit déjeuner allait mais pourrait être mieux je trouve. Il n'y a que des "Americano" en choix de café notamment. La chose à améliorer est le service. Le personnel féminin n'était très serviable au contraire du masculin.

Hotel tem uma excelente localização, Funcionarios super atenciosos e educados. Apenas nos quartos que as camas são de molas e estão um inclinadas. Mas tem uma limpeza excelente, tudo muito limpo e organizado. Atende perfeitamente na categoria 3 estrelas.

A short walk to so many things in amazing Cusco.

Great location, right in the middle of the historic centre. Good location for picking up tour buses too and the market, banks, restarants etc.
