The stay was alright. But we were double charged for the room, booked through Expedia. When I booked the room I used a premium with Expedia which was earned for multiple stays during the past year. My premium covered most of the cost, and required a final need of $43.81, which was paid to Expedia, paying in full for the room in advance and billed to my credit card August 3. On August 4 another charge was presented to my credit card for the same stay in the amount of $171.03. Great hotel near the airport.

A good place really

Bed very comfortable great breakfast and sirport transport.

Staff was gone grabbing their dinner while 6 people wait. Not staffs fault as they have to eat. Management issue. Breakfast is a joke! We stayed there two weekends back to back. Was told on first week bagel cream cheese on truck. Second week we stayed same lame breakfast and yes, no truck. People, spend the extra $10 book elsewhere for a decent breakfast. Never heard of jalapeno breakfast muffins dry as sand. Facilities clean, staff very nice. Breakfast 0 stars.

No bread for toast, no cream cheese for bagels. Thank goodness DD and McDs were next door for breakfast.

this property is being renovated currently so workmen in the lobby, halls etc during the day. Good job cleaning up and quiet at night.

The room was nice, the sliding door to the bathroom needed to be repaired, the carpets seemed new and the elevators had paint on them, looks like they were doing some painting some where. The pool was out of service, but was told we could go next door and use that pool.

I would stay at this hotel again. Richard at the front desk was the best. He made us feel comfortable and always checking in to see how we were. Great Hotel

Very clean

The property is in the process of a remodel, I was in RM 334 when I found the TV was not working. I was moved to 335 which appeared to be fine until I turned on the coffee maker which over heated and would have burnt up if I had taken the shower as intended. It melted instead of burned up. Frank from facilities replaced the unit (2) times along with the multi plug unit that was hot! I stayed there for 2 nights and never had maid service. Suggestion: Hire a quality control specialist to inspection the remodel, I found leaking sink fittings and poor shower caulking. "Lastly" what the hell am I being charged an extra $40 for, you should be refunding my monies "in full"! Note: Hire a "Quality control specialist 'quickly". PS I am a licensed fire sprinkler and fire alarm inspecting company owner!
