It needs to be updated but it was clean and decent for the night we stayed

The air conditioning was so squeaky and loud that we couldn’t use it. Hot sleeping. We were on the third floor and the water pressure in the bathroom was a drizzle.

Hallways on 2nd floor smelled like dead fish, air conditioning didn’t work called front desk at 7:45pm 5 times with no answer, went down and no one there. Room was dated and dirty

Staff was excellent

The staff were excellent.

Paterson behind counter was a complete joke. Not friendly and doesn’t listen. Charged the wrong card and didn’t want to fix it.

Was not cleaned. Had a dirty mop smell.

Very dirty and stinky

It smells bad inside of the hotel especially in the lobby.

The room itself was clean, organized, and had helpful guides regarding to the needs of the guest! The front desk is polite, the parking is spacious and there are various stores / restaurants within a 10 mile radius !

what nothing like pictures and the staff was a lil rude

Stayed tha weekend for Valentine's Day. Room came with a kitchen which was put to use! Bathroom has shelves shower has seat big and clean. Was able to use my PS4 and connect to tv which was great. They do charge a 150$ deposit upon checkin refunded after checkout great get away

Great stay, clean, and the staff was very nice.

The stay was good, the room was fairly decent in condition and comfortable. The only issue of the entire stay was 40 minutes before check out someone had just decided to open and try to walk in, luckily the top lock was on so they couldn't walk in, but I do think it was unprofessional especially with no knock and well before check out time

I want to give the highest praise to the front desk manager. He was nothing but polite and professional upon check in. However, this was one of the most disgusting hotels I've been in. THIS includes motels. there was dried vomit in the corner of the first floor elevator waiting area. The place smelled bad in the hallways. I can admit, although the room was clean, the TV didn't work (DURING THE NFL PLAYOFFS :( ) . I'll never stay there again but the service was indeed amazing!
